Sir our complaint to our house dear. We have take to new hp gas connection and we saying to delar. We have already cylinder and regulator, we require only connection, he saying give rs. 800 so payed and we received connection but we have not receive sabcide so we return to connection, he saying return to cylinder and regulator but connection time he is not give cylinder and regulater, he is saying to lie. So please request to you resolve my problem.

I tried to make an online payment for gas booking through icici net banking. First time the transaction failed, but the amount got debited. The same happened again while retrying. A total of rs 915.50 + 915.50 = 1831 got debited from my account. Kindly process the refund at the earliest.

Hello, Myself Ajit Kumar Singh and am holding HP Gas connection. My consumer number is 615080 . I have ordered to refill gas cylinder on 13th September 2015 online and after 15 days over, I didn't received my cylinder yet. I have tried to call my Agency (Abhishek gas Agencies[protected] but nobody pickup my call. This is not happened first time, am facing this issues every month and agencies guys are simply telling, bring your empty cylinder and take new one instead of deliver on the address. I am fade-up with HP gas connection. Please take some action with above mentioned Agency. Thanks Ajit Singh

I haven't received HP Gas Online Booking activation link on my gmail id. dattatray.[protected]@gmail.com. Did registration on 03 Aug 2015. If we try to re-register.. it says already registered but can't login. Because it is not activated. And there is no alternate way of login or asking to resend activation link. HPCL HP GAS on line account is not activated Respected sir I am one of the consumer of hp gas in Medak, BHEL, Hyderabad . There is a on line gas-refile booking facility, to this to create online account.So I created online account for booking gas refile, but it is not activated.There is a message to me it follows as We have sent you the activation mail on emailid : [protected]@yahoo.com Click send button to resend the activation mail. 4Dear HP management This to bring your notice your HP gas delivery boy may be misusing customers booked gas refill cylinder I had booked for cylinder with IVR my Consumer No :562748 Later I received a SMS saying my refill will be delivered within 24 hours. Again I received a SMS saying "your refill as been canceled" I am shocked why is canceled Again I booked the cylinder and received a message. But till now I have not received any gas & to my surprise I received another SMS saying your gas cylinder has been cancelled. If it was delivered & not reached to the consumer then many question are raising, to whom it is delivered to ? is it being delivered to someone else ?
