Sir our complaint to our house dear. We have take to new hp gas connection and we saying to delar. We have already cylinder and regulator, we require only connection, he saying give rs. 800 so payed and we received connection but we have not receive sabcide so we return to connection, he saying return to cylinder and regulator but connection time he is not give cylinder and regulater, he is saying to lie. So please request to you resolve...

I tried to make an online payment for gas booking through icici net banking. First time the transaction failed, but the amount got debited. The same happened again while retrying. A total of rs 915.50 + 915.50 = 1831 got debited from my account. Kindly process the refund at the earliest.
