Hi, i have book the refilling and gas agency saying it is sent for delivery on 04-Mar-2015, but the person who has to deliver is not delivering on time, we are calling him he is telling he will deliver but till he not and now he is disconnecting the call if we are giving him a call.             booking LPG over phone is preceded by Rhetoric speech of Narendra Modi, PM, which is unsolited and costly also as toll free booking is not available. More over even to complain to authorities in the web page literally wastes the time and increases BP. Our Gas Consumer No.604840 with Laxmi Gas, Mallayyapeta, Rajahmundry and unable to book our cylinder even after hearing Modi's rhetoric five times today. Kindly improve systems and stop all nonsence like PM's speech/ President's speech etc. because we are fed up of hearing boring voices for long.

            Refill not received after booking through IVRS

            I made online booking of refill through HP Gas Online booking on[protected]. Nearly one month has been elapsed and still I am yet to receive my refill. My Gas Agency is SADBHAVNA HP, PATNA. My consumer No. is 605175.

To activate your account, please click the link in the activation email."] I have raised a complaint with HP Gas Consumer zone under reference number [14135026], after One weeks time, I received the message that the complaint has been resolved and complaint closed. To my Surprise, I didn't see any resolution been done, and it was just closed, without mentioned the reason for closer of ticket and with no solution. I want to escalate this issue to the higher authority, but I don't know who to approach and how to get this fixed? Need help. Thanks,

                          Dear Sir/Madam, I have consumer of HP Gas my no. 618071 since past 10 years, refill booked dated 3/9/14 through phone call [protected] they generated booking no also, but the gas cylinder not yet delivered . Today i called your booking no above mentioned he took new gas booking, I could not understood why this get new booking instead of delivering earlier book dated 3/9/14. My gas agency land line no also not traceable. Agency name is Kantilal Gas Ulhasnagar -4. never get response from them. I request you to do the needful. Thanks & regards Raju Hanamshetti
