HR Johnson is a renowned tile brand in India. However, upon purchasing one of the costliest Double Charge Floor tiles from them, for my home, I came across bent and faulty tiles, which comprised about 70% of the total count. Most of the tiles received were bent and more than the 5% ratio that's mentioned/advertised by Johnson. Despite giving them evidence and offering them site visits, they are denying compensation to customers for failing...

I purchased 1500 sq ft approx meter by meter tiles, but after some time that gona bend please resolve my problem...

Sir on this buying process i didn't know any dealer because on my city no dealer available to sell johnson marble and quartz.

We bought "CARRARA LINEA" Premium quality model by January first week. When we trying to fixing the tiles, we found almost 2 to 3 tiles in a box is having bends in the corner. The center portion of the tile is perfect. But when we look at the corner (all the four corners) have bends. Initially we thought there may be issue with the tile fixing. The following email was sent to CustomerCare of Johnson on Oct-18th and a reminder was sent on Oct-19th. No response has been received on the same and the tile vendor has been following with me for payment of dues by humpteen calls every day. I'm being forced to pay the vendor in spite of receiving non-standard material that ruined the look of my house when I was planning for a face-lift by spending so much.
