On 11th October I booked hsrp plate for my bike via hsrphr online portal and paid the charges as well but I haven't received any booking no. at that time so I mailed their customer service and they responded with the mail saying that my order has been cancelled and any payment made will be refunded to the source account within 7-8 days. Today is 5th of november and I still haven't received any refund.

Approx. 15 days daily i called, still problem not solved. Still my order pending. Not cancelled.

Daily they said, do mail again again n again.
But still not done their work.
Daily said wait for some time, can you clear me how time i have to wait.
Daily make fool .
Kindly cancelled my order as soon possible. Otherwise i have to rise a complaint against your service.

I had applied for HSRP with Colour sticker. Details were filled properly and the payment was also made On 10th sep, 2022 Method UPI. But I haven't received any HSRP Order receipt from the portal which should be generated at same time. I have searched for the receipt with the vehicle number but there were also no records found.

My payment is decline while playing for high security no plate of my car reg no HR14H2411. I made a complaint of it on 30.03.22 but after 21 days of my complain I did not get my refund amount 701.00 rs.

Yesterday I got a transport vehicle plate for my vehicle no hr 26cw4844.but my vechile is non transport please change the plate asap.

The number plate was wrongly printed based on the field vehicle class (transport = personal and non-transport = taxi) which is not present on the online form and the field that has these options is vehicle type with options transport and non-transport, which is very confusing as all vehicle are transport type only and further there is no information on the page that describe these fields. So it can easily lead to this confusion.

I ordered 28th Dec 2020, HSRP online number plate with colour sticker for my vehicle registration number HR26AV3236. I couldn't find the order details in my email or any SMS in mobile phone. STHR36332D1A-68B6 order no, slot was 2-4 PM 26 Dec 2020. After queue in 3 hrs, they said the sticker not yet received. Please come later. Then what is the purpose of appointment??.
