lost duplicate coupons

Hi,
I have raised a request for duplicate coupons on 10th feb 2020.
The request was taken and approved and printing for duplicate coupons was in process.
Now today is 26th feb 2020 and still no duplicate coupons have been received.
I am following with customer care and it is always busy and no one is responding.
I have asked for an update on email as well and still waiting for 15 days.
The vendor is asking for coupons and pressuring for payment and has stopped the papers.

paper not delivered against advance payment subscription
I booked 15 months subscription of hindustan times for rs. 899/- paid in advance. But from day one i didn't receive more than 20 papers in a month.in this way they just deliver paper for only 10 months whereas received payment for 15 month
I call numbers of times to their local representative but no improvement in delivery. Now its became s routine to get only 4 days in a week. When i did not receive any resolution i write to customer care and request them to ensure regular delivery of paper but again no resolution. After that i ask for refund of money but neither they refund my money nor deliver the paper.
Isn't is cheating with customers by using unfair trade practice?

illegal newspaper delivery charges by the agent

I urvashi anto thomas stay in naigaon west near vasai. I had recently subscribed to a 1 year @ rs 599 promo offer from ht media for getting hindustan times newspaper for 1 year. This was through my newspaper vendor ms. Mahalaxmi news paper agency. I received the coups for one year starting the delivery from december 16, 2017. My local news paper agent is demanding rs. 20 per month for the delivery of the news paper in my home.
I request you to kindly stop this unlawful practice by the news paper agency and ask them to deliver the news paper at free of cost in my home. If not, i am forced to approach the consumer protection forum against ht media and the news paper agent for the unlawful demand to a minor girl child.

Coupons not received

My subscription was ending in Nov 2015, in Aug 2015 your representative cam and insisted that I renew the subscription even though
I said I still had few months to left. After giving him a cheque of Rs. 1099 for 2 year subscription, I did not receive the coupons.
After multiple follow ups with the vendor, i got the number of the courier service who states that the coupons were delivered. The name of the person they quote who received the coupons is some one we don't know .
The news paper vendor has stopped giving the newspaper.
Request you to please deliver the coupons or pls give refund .

Have made payment on 24th Jan'21 for full year subsrciption and post which tried to call multiple times on Help line number, but was only kept waited and no one responded.

Complain about receiving wrong news pepar and vendors additional charges

Hi,
I have brought the subscription of Economic Times in the month of November 2015 from December 2015 i have started receiving the Hindustan Times news paper when i complained to vendor about the incorrect news paper he asked me to pay additional charges for ET whereas i have already paid Rs. 799 for 2 years also he is asking Rs. 20 per month as delivery charges whereas at the time of subscription the news paper agent told that i have to pay Rs. 799 and no additional charges.
I have dropped the mail to HT media but i have not received any response from them and vendor is asking for extra charges.
Kindly help me

vide cheque no. 517508 and get cleared from my account on 13 Nov 2015. unfortunately till date the paper
has not started, where as I have done infinitive calls on [protected] since 14 Nov 15 onward. Every time
they register my complaint and assure me for starting the news paper within a week. Further till date i
have not received any coupon from the HT Media. It is requested :-

but from more than 1 months paper not giving, I was many times called to customer care & also write mail to, still I am not getting News Paper,

HT Media — MINT Subscription - Non-Receipt of Coupon
I, Ashok Ramakrishnan had sent a cheque for Rs.298/- (Cheque No. 120032 dated 11/5/2011 favouring HT Media Ltd.) towards yearly subscription of MINT News Daily....However even after 2 months, I am yet to receive the relevant coupon for the same...HT Media — DELAY IN NEWSPAPER
RESPECTED SIRI HAVE GIVEN CHEAQUE OF Rs 499/- ON 15 JAN 2013 AS ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR HINDUSTAN TIMES BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY NEWSPAPER ,THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL FROM THERE PART SO I WANT SERVICES START AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE OR ELSE RETURN MY CHEAQUE WITH INTEREST..
