Hi,

I have raised a request for duplicate coupons on 10th feb 2020.
The request was taken and approved and printing for duplicate coupons was in process.

Now today is 26th feb 2020 and still no duplicate coupons have been received.
I am following with customer care and it is always busy and no one is responding.

I have asked for an update on email as well and still waiting for 15...

I booked 15 months subscription of hindustan times for rs. 899/- paid in advance. But from day one i didn't receive more than 20 papers in a month.in this way they just deliver paper for only 10 months whereas received payment for 15 month
I call numbers of times to their local representative but no improvement in delivery. Now its became s routine to get only 4 days in a week. When i did not receive any resolution i write to customer...
