First they given a estimation, after paying initial advance, they have changed the charges and giving explainations, already paid 50% amount, so paid the hiked amount extra every time . Do not approach this, and suggestible . Total fraud...

I booked a trip to Valparai in the month of March 2022 through Hamsafar trips, initially they told less amount, finally they charged more. They didn't provide breakfast and dinner and told me to pay and send the bill for refund, finally they didn't do that. I have never seen such a fraud company so far. Please don't book any packages with them. I am writing this to caution you people. Please take it seriously. Don't do the mistake I did....

I called many times but no response.

Email screen shot attached which written that full refund ₹45k up to 5th October.

Raise complain again because last complain no proof attached....

I have transfer ₹ 45k in September 21 to Humsafar holiday based delhi to book quarantine package to travel Saudi Arabia from India via Bahrain.
Agent informed me they not able to get visa that's why up to 5th October full refund will be processed but until now not processed full refund and no response from them....

We booked a ooty package with travel agency. Initially they asked for half payment for booking confirmation. We did it. When asked for booking details they started giving reasons. Next day when again asked for details they said they need full amount for booking confirmation. We did full payment. After doing they started asking for more money. When asked for refund they said it takes 25 to 50 business days....
