The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Hi,
My name is Aditi Banerjee. I have submitted all my PF documents and they were received on March 15, 2010 by the PF Office. I was informed that money will be credited with in 2 months into my account, however, till today (July 17, 2010) nothing has happened.
Please let me know when will I receive my money. My employee code with HyperQuality was 00536....

Hi,
I have deposited my provident fund form 3 months back in october at P.F office in gurgaon.
I was told that i would get my money within 1 to 2 months. but now its been 3 months but my money have not yet been transferred to my account. I want to know how much time will it take before i can get my amount.
I have worked with hyperquality for 9 months from nov 2007 till july 2008
