Hello Team,
I worked for I energizer for 4 Years and 10 months. I got promoted & week later I was terminated (Reason; I said something which was not appropriate according to company policies on the call to the customer, , since it is a call center.)
Fine, However when i asked them for my Relieving letter, , i was told to meet Account HR & to pay charges ( Training charge +other charges) which will be go up to...

Provident Fund
My name is Pankaj Mishra and I had worked with I Energizer Sec 62 Noida, as a Sen Executive and my emp code is T13278. My duration in this company was 2005 march till 2007 Jan.
After leaving this company whenever i go and ask for my provident fund they say we will not give that.
I have requested so many times but everytime they refuse to give that.
What should i do in my case....
