Hi, I am RITESH KUMAR and I am giving some awareness about job fraud which I faced recently. I went for an interview on 9/11/2022 at (westend mall-5th floor, office no-509 in westend mall janakpuri west metro station delhi-110059). Then the interviewer(named PRIYANKA) asked few question and told me to open my paytm app and at the time she told me to show my aadhar card and pan card then she scammed with my paytm app and told me to pay 3600/- RS and I paid the amount then she told me that this amount will be reflect in 10-15 mins in your new salary account. She also gave me OFFER LETTER FOR TRAINING and receipt of the amount deducted. Then she send me to person named ARMAAN he opened a new account of KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK and said that the deducted amount will be transferred to your new account by evening . Then MAYANK (one of them) drop me out of the mall. But at that time I found something suspicious so call my father and told everything what happened, to him. My father said to go back and ask for refund and I went back to mall there person they were total 7 person, 3 man outside, 1 inside, 1 receptionist(RISIHIKA ), 2 interviewer. The outside persons not letting me to enter in the house and I asked for refund first they said that I have to write an application for refund, and I will get the refund in next 24-72 hours so I wrote an application in hope to get my money. I was not trusting anyone at that time. But I wrote an application and immediately mailed to [protected]@gmail.com I was there for approx. 2.5 hours then I came back to home.The next day(10/11/2022). Me, my brother, my mother and my father all went to janakpuri office and we directly enter into the office my father talked to them I showed everything to them as evidence ( offer letter, fee deductions receipt, fee refund application) and also some complaints about them on google which was faced by other people. Then the matter getting heated but they returned my money quickly. THEY ARE TOTALLY FRAUD SO PLEASE DON’T GET SCAMMED BY THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE WHO ASKED FOR MONEY TO GET JOB.

Never ever give them money they are completely fraudsters, i got this job call through job hai application, my interviews was fixed for next day, i went there and 1stly what i noticed that there is no any name mentioned outside the company, the place was not at all looking like an office, then it was turn of my interview, she (interviewer) rarely asked me any question related to job profile ( data operator) and told me that you are selected and then she told me to submit 3600 rs for account opening to get salary from them and also they asked or 3600 rs again for training, as i was a fresher and it was my 1st interview of life i was totally clueless about any such fraud and i paid them in total 7200 rs, then they gave me slip and letter for training, i left and was sitting at janakpuri west metro, then i started searching about this company on google i havnt found anything about them no any website and nothing then, i came through all the reviews on consumercomplaints.in then i was shocked knowing the same story from ppl and about money fraud and no job thing, i was astonished and called them about all these reviews they started cooking stories such as these are the reviews of those ppl who were unable to do the job or take the job or every compnay has some negatives reviews and blah blah then reached to their office again, there were many innocent fresher candidates were waiting when i reached there for this 2nd time i found everything so suspicious, they did not want any of the candidate to talk a single word from other candidate even outside the office, i asked for my money back, then i was told to write an application for refund and i will get any solution after 24-72 hrs, i was so frustrated it was not even half n hour happnd when i paid them even the interview was ongoing still no one wanted to give my money back, then i wrote the application in hope to get my money and then i saw some candidates outside their office there was some issues with them too, i tried talking to them after i submitted application but it was so so much suspicious till that tym because they( staff persons) did not wanted us too talk, then i reached around lift i tried talking to some other ppl who was not from their staff, Neeraj (staff person) noticed it and he came behind us and started interrupting us, infact he came along with me till i came outside the building of western mall, i mean it was so suspicious and clingy at the same tym they were not allowing me to talk to anyone even outside their offiice, till this tym i could not trust them at any cost, then i saw police thana just outside the western mall i reached there and told head constable mam (Rekha) about all this, she scolded them on call and asked for refund, she told me to go upstairs and take ur money i requested her to mam plz come with me i do not want to go alone, then she told me to go to janakpuri police station as she was bit aged and had some problem climbing upstairs then i reached there and did complaint about them, and trust me guys when i reached there with police they refunded my amount in just 10-15 mins, it was one of the lesson learning incident.
