Pls guys dont join this worst company, i am ex employee worked almost 1 1/2 year, i asked appraisal they told it ill happen, after the time comes for appraisal day, they informed me terminated for so and so reason, suddenly they informed, rabiya lady told u have terminated from company, guys if we ask this type of employees benefits they ill do like this without reason, this is bad company

Hello Friends,
I dont want to write all about that company, but still i want to write something some real facts about i2Nexus Technologies.
It is not a Company they are just and consultancy with 12 employees including 3 Recruitment managers.
Recruitment Manager Does not means that managers, Simply some designation for Cheating Employees.
They Don't know how to treat employes especially LADIES, Work timing is 9.00 AM - 7.30PM. But some times we have to work till 08:00 PM and 08:30 PM.
There is no proper management, NO PROPER SALARY only Deductions are there, First Month they Wont Pay You SALARY (Companies Policy).
They are HIGHLY unprofessional and treat employees like garbage.
They have NO manners, NO leadership traits and NO sanity.
They mentally, socially and emotionally harass their employees and say HIGHLY inappropriate things to ladies.
They dont pay salary on time and dont pay salary to their consultants who get associated with their clients.
They say that they have branches in USA, UK but they don't have any
thing in abroad all wrong information they have posted on websites.
THESE ALL ARE GENUINE REVIEW SORRY MY EXPERIENCE (NOT ONLY MINE, WHO EVER WORKED IN THAT COMPANY) Which i have faced in i2Nexus Consultancy
SO GUYS BEFORE JOINING IN THIS COMPANY PLEASE THINK AT LEAST TWICE ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

One of the Worst Consultancy in Bangalore. They are Cheaters they will hire freshers and offer 9000 RS But they will never pay 9000, after deduction and all nothing will be there.

if any of you get a call from this consultancy for job opening, just think that you are trapped...
if they hire you means they need some freshers for three months who is ready to work for no salary.
in their bangalore office only 7 employees are working all are from Andhra Pradesh (rural areas) they are working there for 10000 INR for more than 3 years. they don't even speak English still working as recruitment manager.
if you have doubt just go for interview don't forget to ask about salary, usually they wont provide first month salary. second month they will deduct more than 75 % and they will tell you that you will get this salary on next month (according to company's fk**ng Policy) but they will never give.
if you work there also they wont give experience certificate and relieving letter, they will tell you to work for another 6 months then only they can give but no use after 4 or 5 months again they will tell you have to wait for 3 months.

worst company i have ever seen. Actually they are consultancy in Agara bangalore.

I Joined there as a senior IT Recruiter and Spoiled my Valuable 1 Year in that Consultancy. They will deduct our salary with out any reason. company i have ever seen. No Management No Training No Salary the only thing what you will get from that consultancy is Harassment.

Obnoxious top management, and tired, tortured employee personalities
who're on the verge of emotional breakdowns, but have dire need to earn

atmosphere... thats what keeps i2 Nexus Consultancy working ONLY...
I advice, if you ever get a call from these people, you should NOT go for it.
