I placed an order on nov 14th #ibsh3323.
After 15 days i was provided with tracking details which was invalid. Finally on dec 11th i was told that the package was lost. That too after following up for 10-15 times. Their customer care is not working. So only medium to communicate is via email.

Finally in dec 16th they told that the refund is processed to my paypal account. But today on dec 24th paypal told that no refund is processed by the seller. Isn’t this a fraud?

    My name is abhinav vashist. My phone number is [protected]. I have ordered a pura d’or shampoo from ibhejo.com. I have paid online 4391rs for the aame on 10 aug. Its a almost 2 months, product is not delivered. Now when asked for refund, when i call every time they say it will be refunded in 2 days. My order number is[protected] and i have bank transaction details also for money transferred.

      A galastic bottle was ordered on 31 Dec 2015 vide order reference id[protected] On 6th Jan it was indicated '" under shippng On 8th Jan ibhejo informed that delivery was delayed .
      Some time between 11th to 22nd Jan it was delivered in my absence when i was out of the country
      On return i have opened the carton and found the bottle clasp broken . On Jan 24th i raised the complaint . On 25th Ibhejo asked for pictures . On 29th Jan three pics were sent . Ibhejo told that as the return period had expired and thus complaint would not be entertained
      It was replied that i was travelling and the carton was opened only on my return to find the bottle clasp broken and my request should be considered
      There is no response

        On 28. Aug I placed an order[protected] for Oral-B Electric toothbrush . It was delivered to me. I started using it and it got charged the first time. However when i tried to recharge it the second time, it did not get charged. I assumed that such a good brand can't provide us faulty product so i kept trying changing my adapter, getting the switch checked only to realise that it was the product that was defective.

        On 1st oct I sent the following mail:
        I need to exchange the toothbrush. It got charged the first time and experience o[censored]sing it was great. However, it stopped charging ever since. I changed the adapter twice assuming that something was wrong with my adapter. However, now I have realised that it is not the adapter, but the toothbrush itself. I have been using Oral-B toothbrushes in the past, which I bought in USA. They lasted me for years. It is sad that this brush has not even lasted a month.

        I received the following reply:

        Unfortunately, this response from Amazon does not help at all, as magically the order no has disappeared from the website, so i cannot file a complaint by going onto the website. I dont know any brand ibhejo. I bought through your website, because i relied on Amazon's reputation. This is highly disappointing.

          i have purchased a moto x first gen 16 gb .the order no is 45134487 . The product was an AT&T carrier before as which i was told it is a brand new product .Also it has a AT&T logo which is not described in the product image.Before placing a order also have asked costumer support they have told the product will be brand new.. But it is not.. only a charger is provided with attached cable . i have applied for refund. the company making me to pay the courier charges also. www.ibhejo.com/Motorola-Moto-X-16GB-Black.html the link which describes the product in there site.
