We called on all 4 no on office they didn't reply ideal enterprises service is worst

We were trying to fix a new gas cylinder but unable to fix it, there is a problem with the new gas cylinder as the regulator is fitting well into the old cylinder. We had called and informed the gas agency Ideal Enterprises, they called us and told us that they are coming to attend to it but no one turned up. Please tell me if we should keep our children fasting.

Sir, i am not getting gas subsidy to the union bank of india, pb-koramangala, bengaluru _56034. Kyc documents such as a copy of aadhar card was submitted to both gas agency and to the bank. Request you take necessary action at the earliest, as it would affect the domestic functions.

My consumer number is 665389... U people r fake promising u blady hell people such a disgusting employees never seen.. To deliver one cyclinder how much time u need more than 5 days needed for one cyclinder.. Thu such a pathetic job.. I need reason for delay i got msg saying that u will get delivery msg but still no response.. Sunday also u people have to delivery the refill y no response. Called to agency but no one responds for call y like this i want to escalate this to higher authority plz send me reply... Waiting for urgent response other wise display ur message in social media...

Can i know without consulting the consumer how you canceling the booking? If the consumer is not at home, responding your calls, asking your person wait for some time or come on this particular time within your working hours. Consumer name - udaya narayan behera. My huse help has taken HP Gas connection from Ideal Enterprises, Koramangala (oppo big bazar) on my suggestion around a year back. Ever since the connection has been taken she has been facing various problems :

1. Gas cylinder delivered is mostly tampered, and once changed there is gas smell and leakage, this has happened couple of times, forcing the delivery guy to come and fix the issue.

2. the delivery guy often visits the house and harasses and takes away the empty cylinder making some excuse. like last time he entered the house when was called to fix the leakage and took away the empty cylinder saying he will deliver one in couple of days. He harasses when the empty cylinder is not provided.

3. When a new request is placed sms alerts are received on the mobile, including that the gas has been delivered, whereas, the physical gas has still not been delivered to the consumer.

4. The delivery guy charges way more than the amount mentioned on the memo.

This is a recurring problem, and this guy has been doing this since long with other such consumers, who are not well educated simple citizens, like house maids.

Kindly look into this and have the particular guy (V Kumar) transferred to another location or given strict action taken against.

HI, As per our order no.[protected] dtd 27/2/2015(idel Enterprises) we have not received any refill yet but the booking history shows its delivered what Chetting is going on here i want to take necessary action every time we do not get our refill some cheating is going on we need this to be transfer to other dealers fast. Very very difficult to reach these people on phone Nos.[protected] or[protected]. If you get any of them on call - you are the lucky one :)

I booked refill cylinder after 25 days on Sep 25 2012 and as per the delivery boy and dispatch communications, gas refill should reach my home on 2-3 days time. But till now after 48 days of earlier booking I have not received the cylinder.

May the concerned take necessary steps to streamline the process !....
