Unauthorized Bounce Charges

My Loan EMI Already Deposited on Day 5th on November 2020 & Day 5th on Jan 2021. But Company show in there statement 2 times bounce charge. 1) day 7th Nov 2020, 2) day 7th Jan 2021 Rs. 472/- each.

Redemption of IDFC Long Term Infra Bond Tranche 2
I am having two IDFC Long Term Infra Bonds Tranche 2, folio no. IDB0140883 matured on 21.02.2021, but till date no redemption made even they have not given any intimation to me. I have mailed several times, no one is responding.
