I would like to inform you that Mr Agurla Srikanth S/o, IGS Digital Center Company for Retailer ID has been cheated by a fraud site amounting to Rs.17000/- (Rupees Seventeen Thousand only) and resulting mental and emotional stress. I was harassed.
It is pertinent to disclose that due to the aforesaid fact, I have tried to contact the above alleged number several times but have not received any response.
Due to the above mentioned fact, I have been cheated and misled and I realize that many people become victims due to their activities. So I request you to kindly register my complaint and take necessary action against such fraudulent activities.

I have saw this digital center in an advertisement and approached them. They said to buy a distributor id from them. I paid them approx. 35000/- ruppees on an online and they sowed me a their office in a video call. But, after the payments their was a no response from their side .They only manipulate and try us to buy ids for digitalization.
Many of the persons made a call to me from igs for payment .But, there are no services provided...

About a year ago a call came from IGS digital representative, they ask me for distributor I’d. They told me in RS 12500/- you can take distributor I’d and you became a distributor from IGS side in your district. We will provide 6 retailer I’d which you can sell and earn money from that. I want refund my money

my compliant is that salesperson give me ID proudly and take payment rs 1770+2615+2615=RS 7000/-
and your agent say me your balance refund in your wallet but not comes yet, and also GST bill not provided me yat of amount rs 7000

I received massage from this digital center on 18th May 2023 and also called the retailer to pay 1770/- for retailer ID and no extra charge, I talked to them that I will not pay more and you people will give service That service is already with me, I only need the service of Aadhaar card apply and update, then he said that this service is worth it. I transferred 1770/- to him as soon as I transferred I got a call from nos showing ([protected], [protected]) that to activate the wallet you have to pay 5230/- and that payment will come in your wallet and after 30 minutes it will be sent to you Can transfer to your account but nothing like this happened and payment was not even put in the wallet. After that I got a call again from [protected] no from person name Dhanraj saini and dimand for RS 4130/- and transfer then you will be able to work otherwise no and when I told about this to ID sale person he said that you don't have to make any payment then Because of that they stopped responding to my work. When I said that the payment did not come in my wallet, he said that we are getting your work done, as proof that I have WhatsApp chats lying with him, he spent 2-3 days doing this. and my balance is Rs 7000/- refund me then they asked me 24 hours time that we will refund but when I called I didn't get any satisfactory reply. Then a message came from another no. [protected] Name Vinit He said that you will get the refund by 31st May but he also did not come.
I want that a case should be filed on this for selling ID in a fraudulent manner, due to which my rs 7000/- amount should be refunded. And I have also been mentally harassed and a case under 420 should also be registered against them. All my expenses should be taken from this IGS digital Center Jaipur .
if not take any legal action then i will appeal in civil court and Make FIR and also no invoice with gst provided me.

I am taking distribution I'd on December still they are not providing proper training and am doing wallet recharge for 10000 that amount is blocked and am calling to customer care they are telling that amount is transfered to master distribution activating purpose total fraud company they are taking money and doing timepass and send paytm qr and ask money 4130 and 4900 they are telling that amount is add to wallet after payment that is for biometric and m ATM devices for asking please don't take igs distribution don't loss your money that is fraud company

These guys are taking money but not giving services and they are doing fake promises and fake offers is given worrest company they are not providing services dont perchase

The IGS digital limited company is fraud company the company money scamming for poor people the company agents will forced the purchase retailer I'd s people send money the company after not responsible the money was not refund to the people I have 6000 Rs loss after I call IGS digital customer the money was not refund he say money was not return

They are doing Fraud company...Taking amount from customers and cheating on behalf of franchise

Electricity bill cannot be paid two times, when call to customer care, nobody callback me the entire day, many time money transfer problem also occours, and many more problems.

I have called toll free number and IGS manager resolved my issue. Now if any issue I will reach straight to him

IGS manager 10000 card payment paid my wallet DT. 282470 no add amount but any one coplent not send amount manager fraud

Sir my name is chanchal kumar maine mds id ke liye 35000 + wallet ke liye 10000 payment kar dijiye hai.or hame inhone mera id jo mila hai dt600255 jo ki distributer id mila hai.jo ki vo bhi id active nahi hy sir.or hame bahut torcher Kiya ja raha hy.ki aapki I'd State ke liye kiya gaya hy hum bole nahi or aap jabardasti se mera state ke liye torcher kar rahe hai nahi ho raha hy to hame paise return kar de .agar vo bhi nahi hota hy to ab hame kaha Jana hy vo bhi samjh lenge.

I took Services from the company. They are good in after-sales services. I am using their distributor id for the last 7 months and earned good money. Harshad backend manager is a good person. I faced one problem on 9th March. Someone called me on the name of IGS DiGital center and took 5000 rs from me on his number for the wallet. but i didn't get that in my wallet. I called their tollfree number [protected] and talk to the manager and got to know that they didn't take that money after that I lodge the complaint and authorities told me that someone else in the name of IGS digital center did the fraud with me. Harshad is trying to help me but I am complaining here so that my issue can be resolved earlier.
IGS Digital Center is a good company. Acha kaam krte h and service dete h yeh log. Please help me in my case aswell.

I have register a complaint against IGLOBE SOLUTIONS and IGS Digital Center that address is Krishna Enclave, Plot No: 3-4, Patrakar Colony Rd, near The Narayana School, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020.
This company doing totally fraud with peoples. Please black list this company because they doing fraud with us.
