My fastag is not working from last many days due to KYC, i have uploaded the documents as guided by 1033 helpline person but after so many calls around 15 calls finally one day i found they rejected, i called 1033 help line so many times they didn't even time to clear me what type of documents i have to upload
then i uploaded the documents 2nd time on 7th jan till now on 14th jan I am still waiting calling 1033 but not finding any proper response. They are charging double
i think IHMCL is torturing Consumers

    As fastag app the kyc needs to be before 14.12.2020 to continue using my fastag. But my last recharge was on 28.11.2021 for vehicle no. JH02AP6783. Now I am unable to recharge my fastag despite the same been uploaded on the portal. I need to travel on 27.12.2021 crossing your toll plaza. Why shall I pay more when I am ready to recharge my fastag and also uploaded in your portal. I serve the nation by way of a bank employee in a PSU, we never block the transaction stating KYC not been updated.
    Now my issue is I have uploaded kyc and is due for verification from the portal. I should be allowed to recharge my fastag so that I can travel Hassel free by fastag.

      Hi Sir,

      We have been fined 4times (rs 180)at Palsit Toll Plaza due to low balance showing in our fastag wallet, even though it's been linked with our sbi account having sufficient account balance.
      FYI car number: WB42Y0039

      I have contacted SBI fasttag customer helpline [protected], and they said there is no issue at their end.

      Then when I contacted ihmcl helpline :1033, the customer representative said due to some technical issue the wallet balance showed low balance and without providing any resolution he hung up the call(which is rude btw).

      Please look into this issue and share the next step in reimbursing the fined amount. PFA the issued fined bill at Palsit Toll plaza.

      Note: This is no good when the customers have to bear the price for the technical issue at ihmcl end.

          Dear sir,
          This is in reference to the balance deduction for my fast tag veh. Reg. No. MH 09 DA 2371.
          Today i got a message that Rs. 1173/- debited from your fastag balance (Ref. no: CHRGBCK0100001424230882786310 ) on account of shortfall in toll charges for Talegaon Toll Plaza.
          However while traveling from this toll plaza in 11/Jul/2021 11:52:37 AM Rs. 67/- charged at Talegaon Toll Plaza against transaction ref. 0100001427755464319726, at that time after paying my fastag balance was Rs. 1425.0/- for which i have received SMS also. Then how you are charging this amount and for what? Kindly give an explaination for the same and credit the amount to my fast tag account at the earliest.

            I am traveling from delhi to bareilly, at chajarsi toll booth i have been charged double the amount and charge twice at same time within the interval of 7 minutes. How can it be possible to deduct more amount and charge twice at same toll booth.
            So, i request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
