In 2nd sitting of Caiib bfm held on 12.09.2021 some questions were there where correct options was not given.

I have not received my score card for LRAB Exam held on 05/09/2021. I have written so many times to the site but no response.

Dear sir,

I reached on time at centre with membeship card and aadhar card copy having soft copy of admit instead due to hard copy sify person i not allowed to me for given the jaiib exam

I filled form for appearing in Jaiib exam May 2021, by choose centre as option provide to me, I choose Okhala, South Delhi.
But due to Covid Pandemic, The exam secduled in Aug 2021, but IIBF change my centre from South Delhi To West Delhi, Rohini. Which is very unfair to me.That centre is 32 Km Faraway for me to appear in exam on time 8:30.

I have applied for kyc/aml certificate exam on last month and my exam has scheduled on 10th of July 2021 and I have received mail regarding the mock test link and exam link two days prior to the examination date.

I tried to complete the mock test on 9th of July 2021 evening around 6 pm. Downloaded the exam browser as per the mail instructions and tried to open the mock test link through the browser but the laptop screen just displays blue screen and hanged out for long time, immediately the issue has been escalated to the technical team that evening and tried them calling in the morning of the exam day around 11 am.

Technical support team 3 different executives has attended the call the call and 2 of among 3 executives not even able to understand the English language and the another 1 female executives just asked me to restart and try it the link. But she doesn't able to hold on to the line and help me to complete the issues faced by me even though I requested her to hold on the line. After that I tried calling them around next half an hour but no response from their side for mail and to for telecall.

Due to this I couldn't able to attend my exam and escalated this issue to the examination department executive shrayan duari. But after long conversations I just got a reply that mistake is from my side only and I'm not permitted for re exam like that.

It's ridiculous that after having all proofs for the poor response from the technical team and i didn't even treated properly and my issue has not been solved. Exam fees of Rs.1300/- it's not a easy money to earn and I have been insulted by the reply.

My Elite Aqua SX 7kg 1200 rpm Front Load washing machine is making too much sound and vibrate while spinning. I purchased this machine on 18 Aug 2015 at Raigarh C.G.

I had applied for enrollment in the IIBF in February 2021, despite of completing the registration and paying enrollment fee, i have neither received any confirmation on my enrollment nor they are issuing the refund, i had had lodging complaint in the IIBF site, even i continuously called them, either the number will be busy or they wont be picking any calls.
one month back i received a mail, stating that issue will be resolve in 7 to 10 day, still it has not resolved

I have been calling iibf from past 10 days but neither do they pick up calls nor do they reply satisfactorily through mails.

I had applied jaiib on 9 march. Amt deducted from my account. But status show pending. I had sent many mail to iibf but no reply. After 5 days they replied and say your transaction under pending. On 23march they said transaction failed and apply again but this tym all center all full near me this is not my fault.what should I do?

Dear sir, sorry to say but i am completely fed up with your services. No satisfactory replies of mails.
I got registered for membership and did payment on 5th lf march. Till now i have not got the membership id.
I have talked to my bank. They said money has been already transferred to your side.
Please tell if there is any other way to complaint.

I had registered for IIBF membership in order to appear for JAIIB exam. The amount of Rs.1788 was debited from my account but I never received any mail containing my membership no. and other details. Because of this I couldn't even apply for JAIIB exam. I've been trying to reach out to IIBF help since last 20-25 days but none of the customer care no. are responding. I even tried contacting Mr. Amit who is the incharge for JAIIB/CAIIB but he's not answering. This is the worst customer service I have seen by an educational institute which conducts so many career development exams. I didn't get my money back and I couldn't even appear for the exam because of this.

It's totally unfair . i made payment for JAIIB exam, now after 10 days i get the message of transaction failed ...what is this?????
and now the center capacity is full ans also i have to pay extra late fee now

Dear Sir/Mam,
I have paid examination fee of JAIIB EXAM on 2 mar 2021 which reference number is 880038 paid by debit card of HDFC bank but amount rs 1917.50 was deducted and my account got suddenly logout and after waiting period of 30 min its not reflecting in my membership account neither it was reversed in my hdfc account .i have emailed so many time to iibf but there is no rply from iibf side

I'm Raghavendra T R, Asst manager, Punjab National Bank passed JAIIB which was conducted by IIBF in December 2020.My registration number is[protected]. I didn't received the e certificate till date in my mail ID may be due to some technical problem. I raised query in IIBF portal so many times but I didn't receive the certificate till date.So I request you to please help me in this matter.

With reference to above that my exam was done at banswara Rajasthan govt engineering college on 12/12/2020, during the exam there were lots of network issue same issue arised with me and other candidate, when i told above problem. they try to relogin but my time lapse after every sucessfull relogin and after complaining above problem they are unable to solve and deny that you are lying. when they are not able to solve They were changed my seat and ask to relogin and this time also same problem arise of time lapse.

Due to above problem I was not concentrating properly. i got only 39 marks.
They are liable for this type of result.

please look into the matter.

I tried to apply for CAIIB exam on November 12, 2020 for which an amount of Rs 3540 was debited from my account. The application failed and it was displayed that the amount debited would be refunded within 7 to 10 days.
It has been more than two weeks now and I have not yet received my refund. My membership number is[protected].

I have applied for aml kyc exams also paid fees of 1593/- of which i got transaction successful on 10th june. But got call thru iibf saying gst is not recovered kindly pay. I paid gst amount on 4th july 2020. Again at the time of exam on 11 july i was not allowed for exam saying gst is not paid. Since exam was imp to me i again paid gst amount of 245.49/- but still was not allowed by the approver to give exam. Also there is no proper guidance by the institute. All the numbers given on the site are either invalid or goes un responded. People do not have absolute idea of anything even in case call goes up. This is a very pathetic condition of such a huge and apex institute

I have reached in the exam centre as per the rules given by the iibf admit card but i have found the exam centre was closed on that day, for reasons they told me that the examination centre has been changed to different place. But i have downloaded the admit card on that examination date and found the old address given there. They were telling that it was my mistake not to take the latest admit card while the card i have downloaded on the examination date.

Today i had exam for aml kyc at 10 am. Eventhough i left my home earlier, due to heavy traffic in that area i reached the exam centre by 9 46 am. My centre was the chennai race institute cochin. I admit that i was late by 1 minute. But the invigilator not only denied my entry but also behaved very arrogantly. And told that if iibf persons permit, he will allow us to enter. There were almost 5 people waiting outside. We tried several numbers to contact iibf offices in chennai and mumbai. Last by 10 we could connect to a person at iibf, and his reply was it is the centre's discretion. But the invigilators at the centre was on the opinion that they have no permission for giving us a chance. It was such an unpleasant experience for me. There was no one from the iibf for conducting the exam. If there was a person i could have written the exam as per the invigilator claims.in other exam centres in ernakulam i have seen people allowed to enter exam hall before exam time even if they were late by 2 or 3 minutes. Feel so sad that i experienced such a thing in iibf examination.

With due respect i suman keshwan[protected] wish to inform you that today was my exam at 10 am of certified treasury professional. I was present outside the examination venue since 9 o clock. As there is a stationery shop adjacent to the exam centre which was closed till 9:40 am, as i was having the admit card on my email and the physical copy was required of that. When at 9:47 i reached inside the centre. The inviglator did not allowed us.
Sir i left my home in the morning at 8: am, driving for 25 kms in such a foggy day., even thenni reached the centre one hour earlier. But as i was not having the physical copy admit card and all shops were closed in the area.

I requested to sh sheyan ji at iibf at 9:48 but even he denied our access.
Sir i had submited rs 7000/- fees for the exam which will go in drain.

Exam was to start at 10:00 there were still 18 minutes i could have been permitted as i have come from 25 kms driving in a thick dense foggy weather.
That too i was present outside the centre. I can provide the cctv footage of the shop from where i got the admit card printout.
My all efforts will go in vain as i have been preparing for this exam for the last three months.
You are please requested to consider my request for attending in the second shift, i shall be very thankful to you.

There was a wrong question in caiib bfm paper which need to be examined by iibf and should give grace mark for that.
I have cleared bfm paper but it is for those who got injustice.
It's now iibf part to complete the task of justice making.
Please let this complaint reach iibf people and slove this issue early befire the result announcement on website.
Cross checking or ensuring about questions is needed both for abm as well as for bfm. Ensure correctness and transparency.

Dear sir,
The behaviour of the staff of this college is very rude.. And they often create problems to the candidates. We have a photo copy of adhaar card and we are also showing it in dg locker (Which is accepted everywhere) but still they are asking the candidates to show physical copy of it. They say take out another print of eadhaar, just bcz the owner of the photocopy shop is their friend. They never cooperate with candidates.

One question in the exam had options in which two options were correct. I would like to revaluate both questions and answers by iibf faculties. And also only 21 questions were only asked from macmillan textbook rest questions were so vast that a person working in bank cannot able to study after their working hours but need thorough coaching that is not possible for working people. What iibf wants to prove that they conduct the toughest exam and gaining money from students who aspire for promotion again by applying for exam. The students who had passed two years before wrote exam that is so easy and now the same book is being taught but questions are tough. So there is no equality in the exam
If tough paper is given they should reduce the cut off too like ibps exam model. Or else some grace marks should be given to students who can take aggregate in all three together with 150 and because of one subject they have to study again the whole portion that is so vast and time consuming for working people.

This is to inform you that today i have given my caiib bfm exam and i got 49 marks.. So i was unable to clear the exam because it was my third attempt..
I further request you to kindly review my result and revaluate it properly so that i ll be able to pass this exam as i am sure i should have got 2-5 marks more in this exam..
Also i request you to provide answer key so that i get to know how much i was correct..
Plz do the needful as it was my third attempt.. And i have to gove more exams of iibf institution.

Exam centre was devbhoomi plot 75 chandigarh dated 02.06.2019. Computers were crashed thrice.
We request to reconduct the same exam. Why would we pay fee again n again where as service provided by you was so poor. My time n money got wasted just because of your incompetence to provide infrastructure for exam.

During exam my time got exhausted and marked answers got unmarked. And no body have the answers my family was waiting to pick me up they have sit out side the centre without any reasons for 1 hours. We have exhausted our time money.
I am requesting you to kindly arrange the same exam agian otherwise i am going to sue you for this.
