Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that there is an unauthorised construction running in Mayur Vihar Phase-3 in front of House No. 148-B, Pocket A/2. They people has house in Ground floor and lying their house material in front of the house. Now construction is going on in front of their house & other people will not have a space to walk comforyebly.
The lady has good relation with Mr. Rajeev Varma Nigam Parshad of our ward.
Kindly take the action on this immediatly, we are realy wating for oposite response on this matter.

I am Hitesh B.Jariwala, and this is complain about 7 floor illegal construction at 6/1272, Bhut-Sheri, Mahidharpura, Surat -395003. I compain this to SMC whatsapp number and after 15 days 6th september they reply by SMS that the Plan has been sanctioned. We are residence of L-BLOCK DILSHAD GARDEN.


In our building complex one Shr. Rawat living in Flat no: L-51-C, is doing UNAUTHORISED construction in his flat which is harmful & dangerous for our safety . He is removing important support from the walls to make ballcony ( ILLEGALLY).


He is also preparing for his NEW LANTER, making new room on his roof, extending his floor area which will create extra burden on the building structure unecessary creating danger to other residence, CITIZEN living in the same building .


Therefore,
Kindly take action in public interest to stop this illegal construction urgently to safe the life of people. We lodged complaint in control room of SH/M.C.D at no : 22822700 Dt: 07/09/2014 complaint no : 1367.
but regret to said that till today no action is taken by your department kindly look after that.

There are illegal construction who are constructing more than 3 floors in 30x50 sites, some are going even up to
6 floors. It is totally nuisance for the residents.

This is up update regarding the illegal construction(5th floor) happening in the opposite Building (ho.no 3857) We have already given complains against the same (complain letter submitted on 31st, to local MCD office and 100 No called regularly on 31stmarch 2014 - 4Times and on 1stApril 2014 - 2times) to Local Police & MCD put there is no Action against it and they have forcefully started construction last night which is (02 / 04 2014)

This is a request from the entire community (Residence of Same building and all 10 houses near by) to get this construction stopped ASAP because this will lead to illegal construction in nearby houses and stops air flow for all houses

It is a residential colony. It’s a huge mockery of the law. The concerned officials have taken huge amount of bribe and nothing seems to deter them. This illegal construction is in full speed with the help of the authorities. There is Huge Illegal floors construction going in from 1st to 4th floor of House no 7/42 old double storey, Lajpat Nagar -4, New Delhi 110024.this illegal construction is doing by a builder which is leading to tremendous problems for neighbors around. The material are use by the builder are also not good and trusted quality and the norms of building consecrations are not followed by this builder are correct parameters of building constructions. He already runs a shop named as Nagpal Chole bahture wala which is also illegal as a point of pollution which generates from burning oils & his shop is also illegal as he covered lots of govt road/street space as well & all of this there is always a jammed on the road. Therefore it is requested to please take serious note of this email and take legal action to pull down the said building and take appropriate action against the above mentioned goons. I want to make complaint against owner of House No. 194-A and 195-A, Janta Flats, Block No. A-6, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi- 110063. It is all about illegal construction they have made in between of around 10-12 feet wide street. They have extended their houses around 5 feet with the help of iron grills, sheds and steel pipes etc. due to this the ongoing path for pedestrian and two wheelers is now 5-6 feet left. and the result is JAM, Accident and quarrel. First the construction was made by the owner of house no. 195-A and the result is one more illegal construction. Both the owners of premises doing commercial activities in their premises in residential area. No one there in department of MCD, DDA, Delhi Police who can take care of this matter. Please take care of it as soon as possible.
