I had used services from Image Hospital, one of my cousins was admitted here due to Food poisoning. Her stay in the hospital was just for 10 hours and we were charged with a bill of Rs 5971 for unnecessary things like inhalant which is not required during food poisoning as well as the patient was not given proper medication and governance from the doctor. WORST HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER SEEN. IN EME I WENT TO THIS HOSPITAL AND HAD A ORTHO SURGERY. HIDDEN CHARGES FOR INSURENCE AS WELL. BEDS ARE WhandORST, SUNDAY LEAVE TO WORKERS, THE BED SHEETYS ARE LIKE THEY ARE NOT WASHED SINCE MONTHS, NURSES CARELESS, ADMIN PEOPLE THEY WON'T Care for billing after getting approval for insurence as well we waited for hrs as billing person is not there.even they didn't have papers in fax...
