Hello team,
My name is Gunjan Jana. I had a scheduled appointment on 8th Aug at 3:30PM with Dr. Barik in Gyaenology department. But due to non-availability of Dr. Barik, i requested for cancellation of appointment today.
Before raising the request for cancellation, it was confirmed to me that the full amount will be refunded. This confirmation was provided to me by Receptiona staff today. Name is Prieti Komkar.
However, when i didn't receive any refund message post cancellation message of appointment another female staff confirmed me that registration fees - Rs350 will not be refunded.

Why this completion information regarding the refund was kept hidden from me? If reception folks are not doing their job properly, this amount of Rs350 should be deducted from their salary not my fees.

I want my Rs350 (registration fees) + Rs 900 (consultation fees) to be credited back into my account.

    I was alone in gurgaon and I had extreme pain in my left arm. I called for an ambulance and they took me to the hospital. I already had a pain killer before the ambulance arrived so when I went with them I was able to walk and sit in it. No treatment or checkup was required in the ambulance. I live 6km far from hospital and they charged Rs. 3300 for the ambulance.

    When I went to the hospital they checked vitals for heart, they were normal. And then I asked if they can help with the arm pain and diagnose further but that's it, wasn't diagnosed further. They just checked heart and then discharged with no solution to the pain in left arm. And I was charged a total bill of Rs.3900.
    Please look into this. This is not fair. I want a refund for the enormous amount I paid for ambulance travel of 6km

    This happened on 9th may 2024. I want a response at the earliest else I will have to take further action. I will file complaints with the consumer court, medical officer and my insurance company if I don't get a resolution in 2 days. Thank you.

      I have been admitted on 12th December in Narayana superr specialty hospital, gurgaon.
      At the time of discharge, they have added two emergency charges of 1400 each, the insurance provider asked the justification for two emergency charges but they didn't provide the justification. Due to this behaviour, the insurance provider has provided only one emergency charge and the additional emergency charge I have to borne. This is a fault from the hospital end but they didn't provide proper justification nor refunded this error amount.

          My daughter was admitted in SRCC hospital mumbai on July 23 for 48 hrs and discharged on 18th July post treatment.I had availed the mediclaim cashless facility and hospital finance team had deducted my amount from the deposit assuring me to credit once they receive the money from insurance( starhealth insurance).I got a message from star health informing me that the amount has been dispersed to the hospital on 1st August 2023..Eversince then past 3-4 days I have been reminding the hospital staff and sending emails for the refund but they have failed to do so..I just get a call from their staff saying they will escalate the matter but till now nothing fruitful happening.

            The management is not good and the patient suffer a lot. There is no service for the people with the patient..and there is no timing.

              My self sushil kumar saini working in BSNL, i have taken outdoor treatment on 02.06.2023 under Dr. Rahul Rai (HEPTOLOGIST). He advised LFT & LIVER Elastography(FIBRO SCAN) TEST.
              Billing counter representative have done billing of LFT according to corporate billing as per CGHS rate (as BSNL Rajasthan in empanelled ) but for fibroscan Billing counter representative have done normal billing.

                I would like to caution patients who would undergo tretment with Dr.Nikita. I had an harrowing experience and ended up spending a fortune owing to her callous attitude in treating my daughter. She complicated a simple eye issue without proper diagnosis and made me visit quite a few specialists, spending a few lakhs and over a month's time in the process. She doesn't personally examine the patient and solely depends on her assistant's observation and narration of the patient. She is scared of getting infected and stands 10 ft away from the patient. How will this work especially for an eye speciality hospital? Hope the hospital mgt will take note and take necessary actions to establish their credibility.

                  Executive Consultation is not really executive. Despite of charging 2000 rs for consultation, I have been made to wait for 4 hrs. Hospital is looting people in the name of executive consultation. The doctor secretary is incapable to handle it & doesn't have proper gesture to behave with the people.

                    My mother uhid [protected], INP 1765-[protected] was rushed to emergency department with simple vomiting problem and a slight restless. The condition was not that critical that she should have been admitted or treated in Emergency Care unit or HDU. But she is purposely kept in HDU and to do high billing as she is a TPA patient. I checked with your person they said that she needs some tests to be done but these tests can also be done in general ward instead of HDU were charges are high.. It has been 2 days her vitals are normal but still she is not being shifted to general ward after multiple request. Also your persons call us to take approval to order test of high value but never call us to tell us about the clinical outcomes or the patient condition. Even the doctors are not available to talk on phone or in person meeting. It is the right of the patient to know its clinical progress. Is this the level of care and treatment we should expect. ?

                      It's really disgusting and and very sorry for a patient to get an appointment. Really it took me 2hours to get an appointment. Dear management please think once can one patient would have that much patience ?

                        When I reached no one guiding us to whom to consult. If one person is asking to consult surgeon and when I going there on that desk no one is there, after one hour met with assistant of surgeon then he told no need to consult surgeon so go for cardiologist. I came to get an appointment but no 9ne attending and listening my concern. It's almost 2hours still I am waiting. Really Disgusting

                          My father name is Rajeshwar prasad with MRN :[protected] and was admited yesterday as authorised by dr TK shah for operation for OIU which was to be held today at 10am but when the operated on my father and informed me that the operation was done ...but the problem is they did not operate for OIU operation which was for estimate rs 35000 but for enlarged postate which estimate rs 85000 now they are saying to pay the amount..I got to the adminstrater for the problem of funds and misleaded operation without my knowledge but they told me to me to talk to doctor ..This is a misled and careless approach to situation .So please look into the matter and try to solve the situation as soon as possible

                              Staff Nurses must have to do extra duty in Narayana Multi-speciality, Howrah.
                              They forces to do 18 hours duty sometimes.
                              if you can't do that you can leave the hospital.
                              They forces to do Night Duty after Evening Duty.
                              Extra duty you will get in regular basis, as they are not recruiting new staff and they don't have sufficient staffs for the hospital.
                              very bad condition here.
                              I am a staff Nurse of this hospital.
                              if you tell them I can't do 18 hours duty, then they will say to leave the hospital and forces to work, next day you have to submit apology letter for misbehaving with incharge.
                              Saying No, is a misbehave here.

                                      Dear all
                                      This to inform you thai my MRN-No[protected], I got treatment from narayna hospital jaipur twice, 1st on 7th oct for fistula and 2nd time 12th dec for kidney transplant.

                                      Before operation, both the time it was confirmed that my HDFC ergo policy which is of 5+ 15 lac= 20 lac is cash less accepted at Narayana.

                                      But at the time of discharge both the time the charged 2000 and 16000 by cash, at the time of admission also the are forcing the clients for making deposits ever after getting Pre-Authorization-letter from TPA.

                                      In both the times I confirmed from HDFC ergo and the told whatever they demanded we have approved, the have not made any deductions.

                                      But narayana hospitals never refunded the deposit . They even not explained why they are changing cash.

                                      As an advocate it's my duty to escalate with you. If you will not give the satisfactory explanation, I will be free to escalate it in media and consumer court.
