I have order BOAT AIRDOPES ANC 411 AIRDOPES on 14th June 2022

At First, I have payments successful but order was not placed and then again I made payment the. Order was placed

So on single order double payment was deducted

It's been a month till I am not refunded my payment...

I had purchase there product from offline / local market. After 3 month product microphone stops working. They are claiming that they provide one year warranty but when i complained they refused to as my invoice is invalid what provided to me by local shopkeeper.
I try to contact there customer service but not reachable. Worst customer support this company has in india
