Myself Deepak Gupta has purchased IMate Jama window mobile but due some problem i reset the setting . but it can't reset the mobile and create the problem for software.

Worst service of Kaiser telecom - Mumbai
I had a problem with the volume buttons of my Imate Jama (IMEI [protected]). I gave my mobile to the "Kaiser Telecom" the authorised service center for IMATE in mumbai on 27th September 2008. I had called them 3 times as it was 2 months from the date i handover my mobile to the service center but on 7th november 2008 when i called them up and asked for the reason why they havent looked in my issue they misbehaved and spoke very...
