An emo (Money order) sent by me not delivered to it's receiver though tracking internet clears that it is submitted to imphal post office. Receiver of emo went today in imphal post office but receiver was sent back empty hands by saying that emo isn't received by them. I don't understand that what does it means to track posts or other in internet?
Why it is so late & not yet delivered? When it is already known that it is delivered...
