Refund of Invested amount is not received.
SEBI has ordered (In Letter No. WTM/GM/EFD/61/2017–18) to this company to pay its clients the invested amount along with 15% annual interest.
But still we have not received single penny.
Please support to get my invested money (1 lac) back at earliest.

My father invested $1 lac in this firm and did not get his money back, he invested this moeny in 2010. Meanwhile after ages now i got to know about this scam and here i am to know what actually happened and yes my father did not get any money back. Is there any way to get it back?

As u know now days about the prozy scheme scandal going on in the city for Imtiyaz Saiyed & Abhay Gandhi. As i am also the victim for this pronzy scheme from IMTSONS Pvt.Ltd. As i want the guidence from your side that any chance to getting my money back as owner of this firm Imtiyaz Saiyed is arrested by police. Although i regular paid tax of my earning income.I have invested 1.20 Lacs in this firm.
As i am fearing to getting my money back.Please,help me for same.

Ltd, but thye are very criminal minded people & they have given the some portion all of your investment to Consumer Complaint Head, Please don't beg with then they wont do anything just, meet every body & do the planing & catch him as some one told that they are keeping boxers in there office you guys also take a security of like that & catch him.those , kick them there hole.
just plain it this is the right way to get the money back.

Hello Consumer ComplainWe are not getting any money back.
Now they have kept some boxers at his office for stopping us for meeting CEO of the company.
What shall we do.
