    regarding repairs

    I purchase a new food processor in april month. Company provide me 2 year on site warranty. After some time machine start creating problem. I called to service center. But they didn't solve my problem. 2 day ago again i called to service center they tell me that a technician come to my address. But nobody came. Today also called to service center again they said same. Now what to do??...

    Some parts damaged, kindly replace the parts or change the unit. While making use of the product, the entire body moves. It gives unpleasent sound while in use. The inner edge of juicer has gone rough as if it has touched any other part in use. Such a reputed company should not its image to be tarnished by marketing such poor products. Plz change the same or change parts

      I had purchased a Inalsa Food Processor S.No.AP 2121004 . The wire coming from the machine is broken .
      The centre part (plastic)of the coconut shredder is broken .
      The detachable stem for all disc is also broken.

      Kindly get these 3 things replaced at the earliest.I have made number of complaints but unfortunately there has been no response from your company, this type of behaviour is not expected from an esteemed company like yours.

        I have ordered a Inalsa Food Processor (Order No[protected] on dated 29th Jan'13 but the same is still not delivered at my shipping address. I have called many times to customer care but they never pickup the call and always put on hold approx 30 mins. I am fed-up his very poor service.

        Inalsa Food Processor — Product is Not Deliver so i want CAncel my order and refund my Money

        I have ordered Inalsa Food Processor Order No. [protected] on 23th Feb,2012 and in spite of repeated reminders to Customer Contact Centre, they have neither delivered the product till today (03rd April,2012). As per the assurance given on their website, this product delivery time limit 7-10 days time but now even after 42 days have passed, they are unable to give me a positive reply regarding the status of my product. This product alredy delivered in ludhiyana city for other person. Reference Docket no. Aramex- [protected].please find attachment. Aramex told me that the order has not been placed with them hence that information was also wrongly provided.This is very bad customer service
        I want now order cancel and refund money in my account.
        Please help me.

          hi i had purchased inalsa food processor from star cj alive i had problem with motor and i got repaired and paid cost for it but while repairing the service man damaged the body and he told he will be repairing it soon when the body will be available at free of cost but person did not do so and also he is not receiving any call his name is upadhyay and his cell no is.[protected]. i want it to be done as soon as possible.

            Hi,
            I was ordered a Inalsa Food Processor from Star CJ on 27-march-2012. I received the food processer within 7 working days. when i opened the box the jar was found broken. i immediately called the customer care of Star CJ and registered the problem. They assured that they will replace the product and send Inalsa Company executive for demo and checking of the product within 20 days. Till 20th we did not receive any replace product nor the company executive visited the premises . After 21st we call again and again to the customer care of Star CJ for same problem but no resolution of probelm till date given to us.
            So atlast we registed a complaint and required your help to get our money back.
            Hope we will get the required help to resolve the issue.

              My name is Rahul Khatavkar and I ordered an inalsa food processor 20/02/2012 and it received on 28/02/2012 the food processor was supplied but the some rod is missing. After purchase there is no one came from Inalsa to give demo. I googled it an found service center number for pune that person gave me another number which some sales person he gave me the number of Sahil Services and person on phone talk very rudely as I make a big mistake purchasing the product. I told the thing but he argued that I have misplaced that particular part. I called Star CJ till the time I didn't received any reply. Again I called that service person and he again replied very rudely. Is there any one who can take action on these people. I don't know as I know nothing will happen with these people and they will make a fool customer as it is.

              So request you all who are buying this Inalsa products Please don't buy as they are not upto the mark to give you service.


              Also if someone can help me with correct person who will address my issue.

              Still I'm fighting for my missing product and demo from Inalsa Food Processor. Is there anyone can help me out in this issue. Today I called at Star CJ for the same I got answer that both the Ticket which I raised earlier was closed without my notification. The missing product is not deliver to me still and there is no demo for the same.


              Hope someone can guide me what I have to take next step. How do I reach consumer court and launch a complaint against it.
              Food Processor stops working at regular intervals. I purchased the food Processor 2 years back. There is some problem with a switch in this Processor. Once, I had to visit the service centre also for the solution. But still the problem persists. The model is Wonder Maxie Plus Food Processor.

                I have bought Inalsa food processor on 23rd Oct from Big Bazar JP Nagar Banaglore. My receipt no is 0020205. Till date I am not able to use this product. When I first tried it was not working and I thought may be I dont know how to use this and I requested for a Demo. After number of follow up and calling on daily basis their engineer came after 6 days. He told us that product is defective and we should ask for replacement. I called up BIg Bazar, but to my surprise they told me that I have deal with the company on this.With no choice again I called up the customer care and again number of follow us, engineer came and done some minor repair. It worked for 5-6 days and after that again it is not working and giving loud noise and vibration. I again called up customer center and again number of follow up's but bow nobody came. I bought this product to save some time and instead in daily basis my one hour job is to just call these people. There product quality is very poor and equally poor is customer support. If a new product is not working I dont think how this will work after one year. Now I have decided I want either money back or replacement of the product or I will approach consumer court.                 BIG BAZAAR BANGALORE — CD'S dont wrok at all

                Hi,

                I am Hemanth Madyalkar and i am a regular customer of Big Bazar. Recently i bought 2 PC CD roms, one is a gaming CD and second one is a Educational, buth the CDs dont work nor get installed, when i checked with the Bigbazar people they say they cannot replace or exchange it, so the money what ever i have invested is lost it nothing than a junk now.

                I say that even the people selling pirecy CD's on road have some responsibility but bigbazar sucks with the quality and standards than the street shops.

                I suggest please do not buy and software or gaming CD's in Big bazar as they are nothing but junk.

                "BIGBAZAR is a BIG SUCKER" I am going for consumer court for this, because i am a regular customer of bigbazar and every time i go i do a minimal shopping of 2000/- atleast and this what you get when you spend your hard earnt money.

                  i bought inalsa maxie FP 13 months ago,after using it for 2 months,now i have opened it after 8-9 months. i can notice its body part cracking.the jar also have cracked from base(black ) as if it had fallen down.the main body also has few crackes(from inside) in the area where the jar is fitted.the service centre pepole are saying that replacement chances are less & bcz the warranty has also expired i might have 2 bear the expenses.i belive it is due to poor quality of plastic used & company must replace it to keep up the image & believe of customer.the job no. is AR-C56.

                  Hi,

                  I have the similar issue, I'm tired of calling customer service in Bangalore(Pramanjay Associates) every time there is a jar cracking or the rotating plastic wheel breaks when grinding loads.They replace for small body parts which are less cost with no argument, The crack in the base unit body cover to my surprise they said not covered in warranty after 6 months although the doc doesn't say that. Poor customer service, the persons don't turn up if you don't remind them after a week, and should repeat it every 3 days after that...
                  My complaint is also similar. I purchased the INalsa Maxie food processor in August 2011 and after 15 days o[censored]se the product has started developing cracks. It also vibrates while in use and the juicer extracts not only the juice but also fibres get mixed with the juice. Seriously the company is not manufacturing quality products. I would like to get my money back. I do not want to try the replaced product. What should I do.

                    I have purchased a food processor of INALSA on 6th March 2012. After delivery it was found that the product is not working. When contacted to the customer care of INALSA and CJ Alive nobody is giving the response to the complaint and only telling that we will arrange the demo. Since this is my first purchasing through CJ Alive I am getting worst exoerience of services from CJ ALIVE and INALSA as well.

                      I had bought an Inalsa Food Processor Maxie Plus from Big Bazaar on 18 Feb 10 bearing machine No AP 08030792. The complete body parts of the machine- Jars, Body of the motor , switch and handles have strated cracking. This seems to be beacause of poor quality of all parts or old body. I want it to be replaced.

                      1. I have a Jiffy grinder, but the lid is damaged completely. Pl. advise from where I could purchase. The unit is out of Guarantee/warranty period.

                      2. I am having Inalsa Food Processor. Its body is completely broken. Pl. advise from where I could purchase it. List of authorised service points in Delhi be advised.
                      I purchase the Montel Williams Health Master on 7/29/09 and it stop working March 10, 2010. I didn't last a year and for $250.00 this pitful. Now I have to pay $29.00 to ship somthing that I havne't had for a year. Mr. Williams website doesn't have any where on it where you can post your concerns about his equipment. The Health Master should have lasted at least a year. Very disappointed

                      I bought inalsa maxie DX food processor in the month of October 2010 and another in the month of November/December. In first case the gasket used in jar has been cracked and finally broken within two months. Isn't it due to poor quality of rubber used in this?

                      In another case It does not bear load. Even with small quantity of food the 'Off Automatically button trips in seconds. Five minutes work takes almost half an hour. The company must replace it because it is due to the poor quality of motor or some technical problems.

                      I had a strong belief in inalsa Products that is the reason I bought one for me and one for my family staying in Haryana. It is the responsibility of company to keep up its image and belief of customer and do the needful by replacing the product in second case.

                      Yes quality of the plastic used in the body parts, jars is not upto the standard and they start cracking with use. Even with minimum use the body and jars have developed crcks and I had to use quick fix on them. The parts of sumit mixi which I am using for the last 3 decades are very strong and never give such problem.
                      Hi, I have been using an inalsa maxie dx model food processor for almost 4 years now.

                      It has served me good till recently some of the blades and other items have started to wear off.

                      I am in need to replace them ASAP.

                      I bought an Inalsa Maxie FOOD PROCESSOR 1 month back and it was running for 20 min...after some time it caught fire and the motor gor burnt...I could have never thought of it...This is due to poor quality of plastic that these people are using..I want to get it replaced.

                      I have bought Inalsa Maxie classic 2 years back. Now it is out of warranty but in between chutney jar has to be changed. The body parts cracked and I fixed it with adhesive tapes. The citrus juicer wheels has broken in September 2016 and it costs Rs. 300 for the same. It again broke and this time the inalsa technician Mr. RAVINDER conveyed it can't be repaired so whole citrus juicer has to be replaced that will cost Rs 400/- plus his delivery charges Rs. 100/-.it's really pathetic quality and service. I am expecting better services from the company.

                      Hi i am Shailender Verma, newly based in Patna, the transparent long jar of my Inalsa food processor has got damaged. I am trying to buy a new one but its not available in the market here, please assist in delivering it online.
                      I bought inalsa icon DX 500 waat juicer mixer grinder on[protected] but due to poor quality of plastic the juicer cover, food pusher & juicer blade is broken.

                      I bought inalasa food processor 2 years before. After few months of purchasing it's button got spoiled and then after so many follow-ups one person came and repair it after almost one and half month.                         I purchased inalsa magic plus food processor from Home shop 18 at the end of April 2009. I got 2 steel jars with tht, one of thm is chatney jar. With in the 3 months its chatney jar has broken down automatically. Due to cause of bad still material. Usually we seen our kitchen bowls break down due to bad material.
                        Please advise me for my next step so I can get new jar from inalsa.

                        I order "Inalsa magic food processer" through home shop18 on 9-8-2008 from delhi and delivered in faridabad as for gift purpose on the name of Mr.R.C.PURI order no.is "[protected]" on phone to "home-shop18"and payment made through credit-card, it was delivered after 7-10 days.after opening that it was not working.we complaint the same for in home-shop18 and the complaint no.-"399714".they said to call on "[protected]" they give us no of some service station-"V Care Services, 154-Village BHALSWA, phno.[protected]".we complaint their several times in a day for last 7-8 days or more.but nobody can come to attend the same.they said you'll bring to the service centre.how can i tell to that person my gift is worthless and u go and change or replace the same.he himself made a complaint several times to service centre. but no responce .they continusuly said call to that person-call to that person as a football trouhgh one place to another place but action can be taken for that.we spent lot of time and money wastage on to him.we already lost my respect to whome i gift that particular item.and also i pay 2999 to home shop18.                         We had purchased one Inalsa Food Processor Maxie Plus from Next Retail shop in Jacobpura Gurgaon. The Invoice No. 501773. My problem is The Invoice date is printed in mm/dd/yy format. i.e. 08/01/2008. But the engineer who come for servicing the food processor says that the warranty period is over. He read it as dd/mm/yy i.e 08th January 2008. He asks for service chrges. Kindly contact our service provider i.e. Om sai services, Shivpuri. Tel [protected] and clarify the matter to them.                         I HAVE PURCHASED AN INALSA FOOD PROCESSOR FROM BHOPAL, BUT THE DEMO CD COMES WITH THE APPLIANCE IS BLANK, I DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE IT AND NO SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY THE SHOPKEEPER.
                        I purchased inalsa fiasta food processor watching starcj. i got this on 13 th sept. It was found that the dry grinding gar is not given in the packing and also one pusher has broken. Please exchange total food processor with D.G.Jar. I m living in kolhapur. I contact to local serving center for demo but they r demanding money for demo. please contact to local center and arrange free demo for us.

                        Long back I have purchased Inalsa Food Processor 501 and now there is some problem with the product. I want to get it repaired. The office is in North Delhi and I am also residing in North Delhi two of my friends have also got their FP-501 repaired and they did not pay for the service charge. The service centre is asking for Rs.150/- as service charge, what does it mean. First of all let me know when the company has given life time warranty what does it mean. The company should not charge anything from the customer. If it is asking for some money than I think it is simply ridiculous. Can anyone let me know the meaning of life time. The higher officers at Inalsa see to it and call me at my mobile no.

                        i have purchased inalsa food processor and now there is lot of the problem with the product.i want to get it repaired .but the service centre people didnt want to repair it the havent sent any executive or mechanic at my place from last 6 monts. i want the service centre people come to my place and pick that food processor and didnt want that product any more. i had bad experince with this product...

                          I would like to add the inconvenience caused after purchasing an INALSA Food processor.

                          I bought this food processor on sunday 4th may .

                          I had requested the salesperson for demo and installation of this product.I was assured that the person will reach to my door by monday.

                          The person never turned back, neither they bothered to give a call.

                          We called up the person in stores and he again registered my request and gave a confirmation no. for service request.

                          Today is friday May 9th no response is still being taken and this is a real shame in reliance part.

                          They have invested a lot in stores, but never made a thought process for customer service or customer satisfaction is really ridiculous.

                          I would suggest to all people who ever have in their mind to purchase any product from relaince digital, i would stongly recommend not to purchase any product which could create a havoc in future.

                          I have different experience with the product of Inalsa.We purchased Inalsa Microwave in Dec.2007, dealer promised to give the cookery booklet of Inalsa, but still we are hearing from him that its print is not available to me from company.If this the service after purchasing the item and we complaint so many time for demeostration also we get the answer we dont have such persons.
                          I decieded to by back with reputed company item like Samsung, LG etc
                          I bought Inalsa food processor on 3rd May'09 thinking to experience the best quality service but in vain till date i.e 30th July'09 nobody has turned for its demo and installation.I dont understand if they can't provide service why do they promise the same.

                          I m feeling as if i ve wasted my money or dumped coz even the manual does'nt suffice the purpose.

                          Strange but true..my worst ever experience of an item as most of its parts are just lying unused.

                          I fully agree with it i have purchased one inalsa food processer. It did not worked at all. trying customer care number[protected] and no body is picking up.
                          I purchased INALSA FOOD PROCESSOR FIESTA IN OCTOBER 2011 FROM STAR CJ ALIVE. IN JAN 2012 THERE WAS SOME PROBLEM IN MAKING CHUTNI AND WET GRINDING When I called service center executive he told not to use it for wet grinding. My main purpose was wet grinding .I was shocked to hear this because in star cj ad also it was shown doing wet grinding.
                          I have purchased Inalsa Maxie Plus food processor on 27-Jan-2012.

                          Since 27-Jan-2012, i am trying to contact inalsa customer care center at following numbers

                          Everytime i make a call, the customer care seems to be busy.

                          I asked salesperson ( based in trinagar, new delhi ) for assistance and he assured that within 48 hours we will get the demo.
                          But till date no one has approached from inalsa for demo.

                          This is very strange that in today's competitive world inalsa is giving such a pathetic customer service.
                          After going through web and learning about inalsa customer care services, i am not very hopeful about solution to my problem.
