Non payment of interest on FDR No. 219499 matured on 19/01/2015

As per directive of Company Law Board company was required to pay due interest with final instalment of principal amount. Though the company paid last instalment in Feb 2021 but till date pending amount towards interest has not been received.

FD interest not paid - no response to emails
Indswift paid the principal amount for my FD last year (Oct 2020). They were to pay the interest along with it. However, despite several emails to the company secretary (Mr. Amarender) and Ms Shalika, there is no response. G Padmanabhan

Non Refunded FDR Since 2013

My FDR NO. 126856 DTD[protected]. Company has been void all rules and regulations guided by NCLT or CLB. Government In Digital India and on Tweeter shows big big news but CLB get failed to punish or penalize any fraud in India. This company is very irresponsible to all of them who deposited their hard earning Money. I tried various communication to get my FDR Principle amount & Interest from the company but no reply till today

Company has not paid interest on FD as per company law board directive.
My FD no 129257 for Rs 75000/=. I have made several requests on email, phone etc but no reply,
Principal was paid back after 5 years but no interest was paid which should have been paid by 2019.
The FD was made in 2013 and should have matured in 2014.
Honorable Company Law Board had asked company to pay interest alongwith last instalment.
I have lost the value of money due to depreciation in 5 years.

I am having 3 nos fd from ind-swift laboratories limited. Fd numbers are 127423, 127424, 127425 amounting 20000, 20000 and 40000 respectively. Same has matured in september 2015
Inspite of order from hon'ble company law board, ind-swift has paid only 20% of amount till date.
I would like to know when can i get balance amount? Also would like hon'ble company law board to take strick action on ind-swift.

My self mr. Narharilal mehta invested 35, 000/- in ind-swift laboratories ltd. Company as a fixed deposit and detail are here.

Invested amount-35, 000/- rs
Maturity date:-08/04/2016
Maturity amount :-35000/ — rs + interest
But until we have not received our amount of interest and principal, and already fd send to them for maturity,

COMPANY NOT GIVING PAYMENT OF OLD LADY
Respected Sir,
My mother have a FD in (ind-swift laboratories ltd) no 214181 but sir she have not got interest from 1.07.13 till today, and her FD was matured on 23.8.14 you are requested to help her get her amount Rs.1, 30, 000/- and Rs.21, 000/- interest, she is a single lady had the FD for her living, her pan no is ALHPD7670F and DOB is 10.1.1947, sir almost Five month have gone but the co is not replying...
Sir, the court have given order to pay to old age, but company is not following...

Our IND SWIFT LABORATORIES LTD, CHANDIGARH FDR No 122313 matured on 05 Sep 2013.
The Company cheque No's 208910 and 208850 of HDFC Bank, Sector 35B, Chandigarh pertaining to the Principal have bounced.
There has been no response from the Company to my repeated emails. They need to answer and forward fresh cheques ASAP otherwise they need to be sued.
Also investors beware.

I have fix deposit of ind-swift co.ltd of rs.25000 with FDR NO-43572 until[protected] my interest chque. not received of april-13 to jun-13 interest after due dt. over on[protected].no any phone of company number is received my call and give me answer.

Ind Swift Labs, Chandigrh issued me two cheques being principal refund but shockingly both the cheques have bounced with "insuffecient Funds" FDR Nos.[protected] and Ch. Nos. 211161 and 211162 on HDFC Bank. My attempts have failed. Company is not responding to tecontacts, emails and speed post communications sent. It give an impression that it is fraud company and issued cheques to bounce without balance. If ordinay account holder issues cheques without balance accounts will be closed. HDFC Bank is FD Account managers and they have also committed fraud in connivance with company. Help to get refund. My contact Mob [protected]/[protected].
