Dear sir my independent TV all chhanals are missing from my card and my location please provided me my all chhanals .i am very unhappy to buy this independent TV item from market because in this TV is conducting misbehaviour with customers

Sir I am independent TV customer .I purchase independent TV in month of april.the package of TV fully one year but after 12 June all the chenall lost and our TV was totally close .sir please on independent TV and return my money .in such case I am very truble pls on all chenall earlier.the world cup cricket is going on but we are not watching on TV....
