Hi i have got call from indexia finance and one girl was there she told me to come in office and talked to sir ( bijendra malik ) and i went and then malik told me that they will make my 3yrs itr and gumasta linc and then we can take loan and he told it will charge told 55k then i agree and given money by (online transction ) and after mnth malik has given duplicate itr and gumasta..and then i asked i[censored] cant do loan then give me my money back then ye malik madarchod started giving bad words i approach the police station the officer told me we cant take action i[censored] r online person at least inform 5 to 10 person means we can take action against malik. Pls anybdy has money malik indexia finsrrve then contact me pls [protected]

Indexia Finance is a Financial Service Provider, which come in Top 3 Financial Service Provider company in India. We are not CA firm, Indexia Finance suggested this person Abhishek Hatle to provide the complete documents as he told us he is doing business but he was not having any business proof & ITR. He told us he is not capable to complete the ITR & business registration, the girl suggested him (as was found in the enquery done by the company) CA firm to file the ITR & make company registration legally. The fee went to CA as CA fee & tax to Indian govt. After completion of all the required legal documents the file was logged in into different banks/NBFC but later in the verification banks & NBFC found that there is no business activity on the premises where client told us, no office was found there in the field verification hence all banks & NBFC rejected the loan file as Abhishek was trying to do intentional fraud with the Banks & NBFC. This is the complete matter happened.
Case of defamation is filed against Abhishek Haste in Versova Police Station, Mumbai.
Hope You all can judge who is wrong.

    The company Indexia finserve Pvt Ltd is the worst company I came across. The so called director of the company Mr. Bijendra Malik is a cheat. Neither he pays his employees properly nor he has any concern about the customers he is dealing with. The company took 3k login fee before approval of loan and 44k for making my ITR & business registration and then provided fake ITR. They only charge money and stop taking calls from customers. I will strongly suggest people not to deal with this company because not only me but many customers have been cheated this way... Please don't waste your time and money into such company which doesn't treat their customers to be their first priority.

    Indexia Finance is not a charity Company. Indexia finance issue the payment receipt & acknowledges to every customer that taken 3, 000 Rs. is login fee which is non refundable because there is a costing of the company behind to process every application. Company gave in wring to all customers that login fee is non refundable before applying the loan process. If bank decline the file there are some reason which are not told by the customer at the time of application, later customer blame the company which is not the right in actual. As per customer statement if any one is charging for the services than all company/ individual are doing fraud ? Two lawyers fight the case in the court, in the end one lawyer loose the case then looser lawyer is fraud ? because he has taken the fee to fight the case in the court ?
    Hope all of you can judge who is wrong.
