I have paid the emi for 3 years i have taken a loan of rs. 1 lakh from india bull and i have already paid 36 months EMI Total i have paid Rs. 146000 till now but still my loan is deducted from my account.

Please look into this ....

Tenure of the home loan increased from 15 years to 30 years as they increase the rate without telling customer and without any reason or explanation.

Increased rates 6 times in last 7 months.

No response or very poor response from customer service.

Emailed them several times but they just respond small sentence rate increased. Where all other banks still offering loan close to 9% they are exploiting...

There is an employee by the name Anand vardhan in your company who is cheating with the customer as well as with the company..this is regarding home loan, he said not to contact India bull for home loan as he will only arrange the loan at lower interest from some other company, also asked him ok give me in writing what are you saying, but he refused to give in writing and keep insisting me for making payment...But whatever he is doing with...
