Hey guys, there is a new way of India bulls to fool people and suck their hard earned money.
we too are chated by IB .we booked flat in 2013 in phase 2 indiabulls panvel,
as usual like all of you we gave 20% amount (13Lacs).
but construction didnt started.
then they gave option to exit, we decided to remain invested in the project. because i know big builders usually takes a long time to refund, after so many tantrums they may refund...

I have booked in Phase I of India Bulls Green. The Payments have been collected by them in the name of Lucina Land Development Limited. More than 90% of Funds have been collected. However from 12.8.2013 which was the last installment paid by us - ( one more installment pending since then) there has been absolutely no communication from the Company regarding status of the project and why delay in completion of the project. I was asked for 28th floor payment and by month end another letter asking for payment of 31st floor was sent to be me
Since last 1 month I'm following up with India Bulls consumer care on mails- but they have not bothered to reply to my mails
and today they have sent me a reminder...
