Indiafillings has very ineffectively handled my company process; they Don't even bother replying or returning calls.

From the very first email I sent them until now, not a single call has come through from their help desk team. Is this the level of concern an organisation display towards their customers? For all the mails i have sent all I've received in return are meaningless ticket numbers.

Their so-called service at Indiafillings is a complete joke! I'm beyond dissatisfied with the sorry excuse for service there are offering. How is it possible that it takes them 5-6 months to handle a simple GST issue, which still isn't resolved,

I've been hounding their team on a daily basis, and what do I get? Irresponsibility at its finest. No one from their team even has the decency to return a call. I've been relentlessly reminding them about pending filings, screaming about the impending deadline, and guess what? No one even bothers picking up the phone! (Screen shot attached)

And let's not even talk about the FSSAI license disaster. It's been tossed around between their employees. Shraddha, or whoever she is, managed to mishandle it beyond belief. Their team keeps changing like the wind, and not a single soul seems to have a clue about what's going on. Now I'm stuck waiting, forced to involve an external agency because of their incompetence.

It's unbelievable how team can't even grasp the most basic rules. We're practically holding their hand and guiding them through, all thanks to our extensive Google research. This is the level of service we're getting.

I demand a refund for the payments I made for your accounting package. Who knows what kind of chaos they'll create there? And while we're at it, I want a refund for the incorporation process too. This isn't just about Trepend Shree Dhaan, even Trepend Simb Biz has been subjected to their appalling service.

I expect Indiafillings to take immediate action and initiate the refund for these ineffective activities.

Two company incorporated :

Company 1 -Trepend Sim BIz private limited... Took more than 2 months to be incorporated (Total misguiding)

Company 2 - Trepend Shree Dhaan private limited:- Incorporated 3rd April; till now GST pending, FSSAI - team is not aware of basic requirement for the license (Which was then kept on hold by govt officials).
Took day to day accounting and compliance for my Trepend Shree Dhaan private limited company package of 34899; against which i have paid 17500 and for FSSAI 5899. And company incorporation of 12709. (Screen shot attached)

For 6 months all the activities of the firm are on hold because basis GST registration has not happened. All the investment, product launch and marketing activities are on hold... As a small-scale company - we cannot afford to lose our money on these kinds of services.

Attachment shows than since the inception am only following up with the team; failing to get it through.

Am just looking for refund and no further services required
