India Flower Mall Complaints & Reviews

I have placed an order from this India flower mall website http://www.indiaflowermall.com/. I placed the order for more than 3000.00INR and after some time I got a call from a number [protected] introducing himself as some Akhil. He told all the items will be delivered within 4 hours and convinced me to make the payment. There was an item which was a love couple teddy in that order.
After 1 hour I got an email from them saying that...

I had ordered Kaju Katli and Flowers for my parents on the occasion of their wedding anniversary. They delivered pista barfi instead. I complained to them same day to either deliver correct item or refund the money. They didn't bother to reply to my email. When I contacted them they refused to take any action though they accept that their supplier have delivered wrong item. This is completely unethical behaviour. Your intervention is requested...
