Misuse of Personal Data and selling of Personal data to others
India Garage, Palace road is sharing my personal data, possibly for a remuneration to Holiday Package providers. These holiday Package providers most of them seem to be bogus are breaching our privacy and intruding and wasting our time. This is completely unetihical tactics by India Garage to make additional money. Particularly from high end customers through whom they have already made lot of money.

mahindra maxximo plus goods vehicle service.
Respected sir,
My goods vehicle no: ka - 11a8408
Serviced on 29 august 2018 regarding compliant of engine work head
(Assembly replacement) done
And paid 29616: 00 rupees.
But problem occurred of engine compliant on 3/12/2018
I have send the vehicle the garage for repair
But garage employees telling that i have pay money
For same compliant. The are refusing to accept my request,
I am very poor worker i cant able bear the money,
So kindly accept my request

refund of booking amount

This mail is regarding refund of the booking amount.
I have already dropped all my documents or receipt and passbook all documents which were asked by indian garage people chamarajanagar, dated 8 th august 2017 till date i have not received the payment back to my account.
Please make sure to transfer my booking amount with in three working day if not there will be a legal process to move forward.
Again attached your advance receipt in tis mail.

No proper response on road helpline service

I have bought a tuv 300 (T8 manual) on a month ago from india garage mount road showroom. We went to ooty a week ago in that car suddenly while climbing the hills a burnt smell came from the clutch inside car and we suddenly parked the car and after 5 minutes we started the car and we switched it to 1st gear and i accelerate it but the vehicle instead of moving forward it went reverse and engine rpm went less than 1000rpm at the time i used the hand brake and then i moved the car as we were going along the hills the smell become heavier and the vehicle was unable to climb and then we contacted toll free number and told our problem but they didint respond and they discontinued the call after that we contacted our sales represntative he gave a this number -[protected]. We called to this number but the call was not attended and there was no response from the number and we got very angry from the behaviour of your dealer and their staffs.
This is how you treat your customers and we got a lot of complaints over the car as the company promised that the car will give a mileage of 18kmpl on highways but it gave only 10 to 11 we are not at all satisfied by your customer care and by the vehicle before the 1st service itself we got problem on the clutch and mileage and even the dte meter in the car is not working properly. If your vehicle is like this how could we suggest others to buy mahindra vehicles.
I just wanted you to take immediate action on my complaint and solve the problems on my vehicle and to take action on your customer care staffs

Complaint not properly done

Hi, J. Rajesh here, i am staying in Bangalore, i had complaint regarding the vehicle TUV 300 which i bought it in November 2015, when i took the delivery the driver window was not closing properly is asked the people this is the issue and they checked and told that when u go for first service tell they will solve the problem. OK, fine.
Next after 2 days we all family went to the trip for 4 days, when u r going in highway in 100kms speed the air is pass inside and its makes very noise and it irritates all, especially me.
Next problem is accelerator pedal where u get a vibration noise at the time of initial movement and when ever u slow down the speed.
Next rear back left side wheel noise.
So here i want to tell u that already frist service is complete, till now i am having the problem nothing as been solved & so many times they called and told we pick the vehicle and we will solve it, but no response.
Next i gave to the other service centre called SIREESH in marathalli, and told same story and i gave to the second service, but no good response and asked why what the problem and why it is not solved. the person is telling every TUV 300 is having the same problem, we cant do it.
so this is the way the answer. why u cant find the what it is and solve the problem, the way the answer is right pls tell me i am losing the hope by taking this type of vehicles, one more thing i want to tell u that this is my13th car and specially 4 cars from your company. if things go this way one day people will loss their hopes and they may choice multinational company cars and they will occupy the market.
Try to moniter this type of issues and solve as mush as possible.

Dear Sir we bought new xuv 500 10 days old vehicle which was affected by recent flood on chennai .so we claimed insurance its almost 3 months over but still our vehicle not get ready and simply they sayin they are not having proper parts and fund too .our new vehicle got so much damaged inside the service center and the parts are stolen and used for other vehicles .the main reason for compalinig this form is they are asking advance to make ready .wchich was I never met in anyother company it look likes road side workshops I feel its cheap and worst activity so kindly take a necessary action and provide me a proper solution thank you

Big Cheaters - No qualified persons

Gave the vehicle for service on July 3 as the vehicle was not starting...the local India Garage from Chromepet inspected the vehicle at told that it is a electrical fault and that the car needs to be towed to Guindy service station. By then it was checked that the battery was perfect. The vehicle had no other issues.
Next day...it all began. The cheaters called me and told that the battery was old and needs replacement. With reluctance...i agreed to change it.
Next day...again the cheaters called me and told that there is a leal in the hose and the engine oil would start leaking anytime...again with reluctance I agreed...Then the car was delivered the next day...and to my shock the a/c was not cooling...
I called the cheaters and told them that the a/c was in perfect working condition while I had given it for service for which the vehicle was again sent. Next day...the cheaters told the a/c coil needs replacement and that would cost Rs.22000.
I had told them it was perfectly fine when i had handed over the vehicle...but in vain. The manager called up and was arrogant enough to say that customers are technically incompetent and his explanation is justified that the a/c issue is not because of them. He also justified that it was my fault that I had given to Zulaikha motors for the previous service and I had given it to them this problem would not have occurred.
overall it is a shame on Mahindra to be associated with such a dealer like India Garage

I am ambedkar from thirukalukundram. i get mahindra xylo car (tn 19 l 7687) in chengalpattu india garage. this garage s very poor and wrost branch. Because i am get this car 27th december 2013 from bank loan so my repayment 23500 rupees. But still date no reply in garage. i called every day but staff fake my call. So this garage very poor... main Branch dealer ple action this chengalpattu sales consultant and manager...

No response giving fake numbers!
I am d.Deshakumar i own a mahindra xylo car recently my car wind shield glass broken in an accident...I gave car for wind shield glass claim and service as well....I gave my car on 4th march 2013 but till now i don't know what happend to my car even i tried those number they gave was switched off always and 1 number is a fake number in which i can show the copy....The office number none is picking....I dont know what to do with india garage...
Local mechanics are 1000 times better than india garage i guess.....

Car Delivery

We purchased a Mahindra Scorpio vehicle from India Garage showroom.We had a delivery at 4pm. We reached there on time. Our Sales representative was missing for the next 15 minutes, which is still bearable. After a long wait, they offered us coffee to kill further 30 minutes. Then there was some minor paperwork, after which the car features were explained. Then we realised that the rear wiper was not working. And this is after the car passed the quality checks! They replaced the fuse , it didnt work. Finally they replaced the wiper, taking it from another scorpio parked next to ours. It started working finally. But we spent almost 2 hours for delivery. Worst part being that you realising your new car has issue with the wiper right during delivery. What kind of quality checks does Mahindra do? The finishing of the car is still worst, with some interiors(below the window) requiring some glue work etc. Blame Mahindra or Blame the vendor! But it makes you decide two things! Never go for a Mahindra vehicle ! Never take service from India Garage!

Sub: About unsatisfied paid service at Mysore
This is with reference to the subject i with great displeasure like to inform you that my vehicle Renault Logan(KA-55/902) was given to 6th service of 60,000kms for oil change, hub grease, general checkup and water wash on[protected]. They had promised me to return the vehicle on[protected]after 2days) with all requirements fulfilled. After 2days (25th evening 06.00pm) they have given back the vehicle with only oil change reasoning they will provide the water service and hub grease on next service. Every visit we will be facing one or another problem. We have other vehicles of different companies like Tata, Toyota and Chevrolet. when we go for service they return with full satisfaction with smile.
Hence it is my sincere request to your good self to look into the matter and see no other customer like me is dishonored.
If possible kindly let me know the reason why i was denied the services required.
