I ordered wacom ctl 672 from wacom's official website, but they directed me over to -india-iws website

My payment was made, but company says that the order has been not been made.

They did not pay heed to my complaint.

I need either my money back or my product.
This is so reckless. I can not trust rhis site anymore.

I recently made an online order on wacom, it directed me to india-iws website.
After filling in all the details, and assuring that the payment gas been confirmed from my SBI account, I did not get my track id, or order id.
Upon contacting with the company, they said that there has been no order.

I need my money back....
