India Speed Post Complaints & Reviews

I have posted a DD of Rs. 93450 dated[protected] from Vrindavan through Indian Government postal service Speed post in favor of HIndustan College, farah.(Mathura). But it has not been posted yet. The receipt number of the speed post is EE[protected]IN. Plz take some action against this.

I sent an important document by speed post (No. EE[protected]IN) on 19.07.2008 from Naharlagun Post Office (Arunachal Pradesh)to Shri Sunil Kumar Muduli in Pune.
But, it has neither been delivered nor can be tacked (shows no data available). Further, I can not complain to Speedpost Manager since there is no such person in whole of Arunachal Pradesh....
