Missing Of Demand Draft

I have posted a DD of Rs. 93450 dated[protected] from Vrindavan through Indian Government postal service Speed post in favor of HIndustan College, farah.(Mathura). But it has not been posted yet. The receipt number of the speed post is EE[protected]IN. Plz take some action against this.
Due to this reason admission procedure for the colg is being late.

NOT RECEIVED MY SPEED POST ( ET528809318IN )
My cousin sent me a speed post which contained the important & urgent document on 31.07.09 from COIMBATORE RMS early morning 07:58 am to my address ie: 2960, MSB KA RASTA, JOHRI BAZAR,
JAIPUR - 302003( ARTICLE No.ET[protected]IN).Unfortunately, document is not delivered till now to me.
Eventhough, i made number of visits to the city post office in jaipur & made many calls to GPO speedpost centre, all in vein.They even just donot know about my speedpost or they even dont care about it.I even posted a complaint to their mail id ie: [protected]@indiapost.gov.in.That too made no difference.Then i tried their toll free number[protected] to lodge a complaint -but that number doesn't work at all.( i wonder the telephone & post department works under same ministry)
Then, i asked my cousin to post a complaint in coimbatore speed post centre through phone, surprisingly they were polite enough to answer us ( which indeed not seen in jaipur office).
After all these, UNFORTUNATELY till now i have not received my document.Should anybody
there to answer my questions or to deliver my post, working in this department OR should i pray to GOD to help in this context.
I think i would be considered LUCKY if i received my post.

Lost Article(My passport)
Sub: Request for speedy disposal of Passport-Regarding
I have applied for passport in Chennai passport office on November, 2008. My passport File Reference No is B046233/08 and the Registration No is S36833. After a few days the police enquiry was conducted on Dec 16, 2008. After I waited for a long time, I checked the status of my passport in Tamilnadu Passport Office website at http.Passport.tn.nic.in. I was shocked, when I saw that the status of my passport as dispatched on 25.02.2009, but I didn’t receive that yet.
I went to Regional Passport Office in person during May, 2009 at Shastri Bhavan and to enquire about my passport. The Enquiry Officer in the Passport Office told that my passport has already been dispatched on 25.02.2009 and asked me to check with Greames Road Post Office.
I went to Greames Road Speed Post Office during June, 2009 and orally asked the Post Master about the details of my passport. The Post Master in Greames Road Post Office gave me the speed post Reference No.ET[protected]IN and Serial No.11/41-SPCC-CH-16. I didn’t receive any reply from Greames Road Post Office after that. Again I checked with Greames Road Speed Post Office twice during June, 2009.
I sent a representation dated 12.06.2009 to the Post Master, Greames Road Post Office, Chennai, the Post Master General, Chennai, Passport Officer, Regional Passport Office, Chennai.
I had a visa interview in Sweden Embassy on 20.06.2009. Since I didn’t have my passport, I was not able to attend the interview. I received a reply dated 30.06.2009 from the Manager, Speed Post Business Office, Chennai. In his reply it was told that the case is under enquiry. I am afraid that my passport will be misused by someone and I realize that it is a threat to me and to the country as well.
So, I request you to consider this complaint to take necessary action immediately and dispose the enquiry at the earliest.

Late Delivery (in 6 days) of Important Document against the claim of 3 days
I have sent my application form of 'Indira Gandhi Institute of Development and research' through speed post on[protected] to its Mumbai address. The concerned officials confirmed that normally the consignment is delivered on third day of booking i.e. latest by 20th April' 2009, the packets would be delivered to respective recipients.
Having not received any confirmatory e-mail from the institute, I inquired from the college only to find out that my application wasn't delivered yet. Since, the last date was 23rd for the application to reach, I was annoyed and helpless. Later I discovered that the mail got delivered on 23rd. Maybe, I was lucky this time but that won't be the case always.
Delay of one more day, would have cost me an year which in any case is disastrous.
I request you to look into the matter & resolve the issue.

My daughter and wife purchased LIC market plus policy from LIC of India Chawani-I Branch, Kota due to urgent need of money both are surrender their policies for pre-matured payment after 3 years as per condition of the policy Branch Manager Chawani-I, Kota accepted policy duly all documents and original policy on 7.April.2010 & assured them to pay money with in a week period but it is regretted that Branch Manager Chawani-I Kota have not given satisfactory reply for not receipt payment after more then 5 months & also not gave details of dispatch above policy to their head office this shows mollified intention of Branch Manager in create doughty that he wants some SUVIDHA SULKH as in other Govt. Company/deptt.
The Matter have been reported twice in consumer form but no action has been taken by Branch Manager Chawani-I, Kota till date even he has not replied above complaints this shows that officer of LIC are secured and they don't care customer and want money against maturity payment "MAY PLEASE HELP ME"

Non-delivery to addressee
I sent an important document by speed post (No. EE[protected]IN) on 19.07.2008 from Naharlagun Post Office (Arunachal Pradesh)to Shri Sunil Kumar Muduli in Pune.
But, it has neither been delivered nor can be tacked (shows no data available). Further, I can not complain to Speedpost Manager since there is no such person in whole of Arunachal Pradesh.

I HAD SEND A PACKET THROUGH SPEED POST VIDE DOCKET NO EU[protected]IN ON[protected] FOR ALLAHABAD FROM NOIDA, TILL 16.08.2008 IT HAS NOT DELIVERED. IT SHOWS THE GREATNESS OF SPEED POST.
I have applied for a visa through travel corporation of india, nariman point Mumbai, india. They have send the passport along with visa, and otherpapers of hotel stay, with the conference badge papers through speed post on 02/09/2008. as it was extreamely important for me to recieve on time, till date i.e:11/09/2008 I have not recieved them. on enquiring with the travel corporatopn on India mumbai they said they have already send through speed post. the postal people an District Nanded in maharshtra, say we have not recieved. who is accountable for the delay in speed post serviceses. This is kindly inform you that I am unhappy with your Speed Post Service, Always I Send some parcel , documents & Form Etc. through Speed Post Service to bihar , West Bengal delivery time is very late always it takes more than five to seven days . Same parcel if I send through any private courier agency it is delivered with in two to three days.

This is kindly inform you that I am unhappy with your Speed Post Service, Always I Send some parcel , documents & Form Etc. through Speed Post Service to bihar , West Bengal delivery time is very late always it takes more than five to seven days . Same parcel if I send through any private courier agency it is delivered with in two to three days.
