The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

This is with great disappointment that I had after which I am bound to write to this forum seeking some help from the authorities.
Summary : I am getting married this Jan'12 and had contacted IndiaTravelHolidays for getting a honeymoon package booked for Feb. I had approached these people in Nov'11.
They gave me a package around some 80K INR and mentioned this with flights and on specifically...

This is regarding my brother's (Mr Arvind) experience with ITH based in Cochin, Kerala. My brother had approached ITH initially for Maldives package and was quoted a fare of 1L with a 25% holding deposit..ITH says they need advance payment to make bookings which itself is odd.
