Remove Fraudloan from my cibil and pan card

Dear Sir,
With reference to my CIBIL Report, received a few days back, I would like to register my complaint that the said pending consumer loan does not belong to me, even address, mobile number and mail ID provided for lending loan does not belong to me. I am surprised to see that there is a default in my loan history. Kindly do an urgent needful correction/action in this regard.
It is also to inform you that the above mentioned fraud has badly affected my bank credibility due to a bad report of CIBIL which actually never borrowed from my end, I am urgently in need of taking home loan from my saving account in Hdfc bank wherein I was informed about this fraud. Kindly do a needful action in this regard. mobile no [protected] and my pan card no is BHSPC7385Q NAME GIAN CHAND

A fraud personal loan showing in my cibil report
Kindly do a needful action in making correction in defaulter list as I needed it urgently, as below mentioned detail does not belong to me. Also, I did not avail any loan from below mentioned account.

This is to request you that loan mentioned below in attached screen shot taken on April 10, 2019, does not belong to me. This is also to inform you, I am an Asst. Professor in Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, and I have never visited or stayed in Mumbai in last 10 years as mentioned in loan records, a permanent resident of Kurla Mumbai. Kindly do a needful action in this regard as it has badly affected my CIBIL Report and listed me in defaulter list, which I never did.
