I made a rent payment of 999 from mobikwik through dhani card but the payment failed and money got deducted from dhani card. mobikwik has refunded the amount but i have not received it in dhani card...

Home loan disbursed as per their records on 30/09/2018 but fund not received till now Nov.8.2018 .

No response from sales team, cluster head and even from Gurgram office.

Several emails to all concerned in India bulls but no response.

I doubt still bank exists or closed.
1)Loan Process started on Aug’16 by sharing pay slips, bank statements and education qualification etc, .
