I ordered a saree on nov 10 for 399 but i did not receive my order till today. When i tried to reach the websit mail, the mail bounced back and the phone number they provided is switched off. Its a fraud....

My mom ordered saree from this indiacrown.in website..she paid for the product through phnpe..now there is no delivery or shipping message at all ..it's been more than 15 days..we dont even no our tracking number of the product..what should we do now?...

I placed 2 consecutive orders for 4 sarees (1+ 3) on indiacrowns.in website on 5th November, 2021. I paid for so using my Paytm Wallet. Still, there is no news of shipping or product delivery. The website contains wrong and fishy information. There is no tracking link or any information to check the status of my orders.
