Hi, I’ve been using tax filing service from India filings from[protected]. Service communication wasn't great but I still continued and in 2019 they didn’t file my filings and I paid government a penalty of approx 27k inr, even after that they didn’t file and last week I get a notice from gst department on an invoice. Stating it wasn’t filed and I have to pay a penalty of around 8000 inr. When I called them they deny taking any responsibility and asked me to pay penalty myself. This company cheats many people and have a scam system. I see many such cases online. Please help me I have evidence of taking services with them. The management is well aware of it - I have evidence of their email and whatsapp. They hide behind the phone never pick calls only false promises. If someone is able to live with doing this ti someone then they gave intention and habit to cheat and scam. Never refunded me even 1 rupee for all penalty I paid government. Running masked call centres under 080 number prefix where where agents disconnect calls. Please do not engage with this company, they don't care about anyone. No customer service.

I regret to tell you all that Indiafilings is the most incompetent, undeserving, useless company I have interacted with in my life.
Whoever the IDIOT who prepared the books did not even bother to check what was on the record or created for 20-21 and put all zeros everywhere. It is after making payments for services and for 8 months repetitively asking to complete the books and taxes for my company.

I am done with these guys, never would do any business with indiafilings. It is SUPER USELESS company.

Just pray that they complete the work for which I paid and be done with it. I am hiring an attorney and trying to complain against any agency to see that these jokers do correctly and complete the work as promised in time without mistakes.
I Paid them for 2 years's work as this sales guy ANIL PASWAN, promised everything be done quickly and I sent all the bank transactions and descriptions of what each transaction was 8 MONTHS AGO.

ANIL you are the biggest scammer, You told me that everything would be done right away until I paid you 8 months ago and you made me beg every other week to start the work and complete it until now, and I see these documents have only ZEROS everywhere, no one did anything. IT IS A SCAM company. You have to have the basic courtesy to at least start the work after you are paid, Nobody has done it for 8 months and every time some DUMB ### tells me it will be done today for last 8 MONTHS since I paid money.

What Indiafilings does, is the height of NON-CUSTOMER SERVICE, and GIVING FINGER TO THE CUSTOMER ONCE THEY PAY, without regard.

I have taken the service for annual compliance from india filings i have paid the auditor fee on feb month which they promised 7 days and took almost 5 months to complete the task and due to the delay in filing i governamet has changed the penalitiy of 34, 000 ruppers INR .

Please do the need full.

This is supposed to be a one stop shop for a new start up, which means they need to provide the newbies guidance and accessibility to information on demand.
We a start up have done a mistake of selecting this people as our partner and now paying for it. The client has to deal with 20 different junior clerical level people for the registration process. The person who fronts you to sign up the services quickly vanishes after it is done and does not respond to calls after that! The manager who one is supposed to escalate, does not pick up phone or revert.
It is much better to go to a reputed CA firm than these kind of people.
Utterly avoidable!!

My neme is Subhas N K from Gadag.Karnataka. just now i am in start up position in washing powder business so that i needed GST, CURRENTS ACCOUNT, MSME AND LEDGER SOFRTWARE so that i was in search of these materials in indiafiling website then this person BIREN PATNAIK has called me and asked me that, sir my name is BIREN PATNAIK i am from indiafiligs and i will provide you these materials for 2899 rupees he told then i have transferred the payment of rs 2899 via my SBI yono app. for providing the GST, MSME, Current Account and Online Ledger account software, and he only provided the MSME certificate. till the time he is not picking my call or replying to my messeges. Please make him to refund my payment or provide these materials asap.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I asked them to register my company, paid them in full, provided all the required docs on time, yet it took them 3 months to register the company, which is generally registered in 7days to the maximum. When i posted bad reviews for the company, they threatened me to take off the reviews else, neither the company would be registered nor my money would be refunded. I had paid a huge amount, thinking about money I took off bad reviews, and guess what 2 days later I got my CIN. My bad, I thought of giving them another chance. I bought some services from them in Oct 2019. I didn't got the services, the processes weren't even initiated for a long long time. I asked for a refund, they refunded me 20% of the amount after 6months, numerous emails, chats and phone calls. Once they have received their money they will stop responding to calls, emails and messages.
I am still begging them to return my balance 80% payment which I don't think they want to return, hence I have taken legal action against them now!
I hope after paying more as legal fee, I can teach them a lesson and get my balance 80% payment back.

We had registered a who zeepcon supermarket private limited company in India filing.Our company did not run for any reason.And we had to close our company(firm) in India filing.But today it has been 1 year.This is not closing our company(firm).We are spending a lot on this.Now I want our company to be closed at the earliest.

They gave wrong information while purchasing service. So i paid money. After two days, when i get back to them, about the wrong purchase. They are not responsible to solve the problem. And not returning the money. Please don't get any service from indiafillings. I have suffered worse. Please don't trust the indiafillings. They are cheaters they waste the time of yours

I had approached this company for a company formation and they did not tell me the complete documents list. Later when i made the payment, they kept asking me for more documents which i did not have. As per their policy, i asked them for a refund and to cancel my service within 30 days.
They have been very unprofessional and not approachable for this and now my money is blocked and they are not answering my calls.

Sir, i engage this company for establishing my private limited company and gst filling on april 18 for one year. On january 19 a lady named sridevi from indiafilings.com emailed me that the gst filling is over and fill the january gstr1 from myself. I called to their support for details and the guy asish misra [protected] replied me that my points were over and i need to re-engage gst filling. I told them that due to this mediocre services i won't be using indiafilings.com and i asked them to send my belongings and all the documents like roc, annual return and dsc's to my address. Today (12th february 19), they were asking me to provide dsc which i never received and they never intimated me that the dsc were couriered back to me. I request consumer complaints.in to help me getting my dsc back from indiafilings.com and refund my remaining gst submission money at the earliest as possible. Thank you.

I applied for properitorship registration gst registration on 25th aug 2018, 04:20 pm. Before making the payment they answered each and every query and message so fast and spontaneously, as soon as the money was paid, they started ignoring my queries and everytime kept stalling me. Talked with their relationship manager ms. Santosh kumari, before paying the amount, regarding the prrofs required, as i had limited proofs to submit, and she told only two proofs of properitor and address proof with noc will be required, which i agreed upon. As soon as i paid the amount a new candidate of their team was assigned to me named ms. Siva priya. She tells me they will need more proofs, like bank details and all, to which i told them that i dont have that. I asked her to have a word with santoshkumari as she didnt tell me that it will be required, else i wouldnt have paid the amount for services only. To which she told ok, she will talk to santosh and get back to me. I didnt receive any update from siva priya again. After some time i called her, to which she tells me she talked to santosh and she will call me back in 5 mins. After an hour i again called siva priya to know what is the update as i havent received a call from santosh, to which she tells me she just had a talk to her wait for 5 mins, she will call, and the time was around 6:45 pm - 7:00 pm. Again no call back. Next day was sunday, so monday morning i called them back to which santosh tells me she left early at 6 only on saturday, so she doesnt know anything about all this. Then she tells me it cannot be done without account details to which i told, no issues, in that case i dont want to register the firm, so please refund my amount. Now, she persuades me to get it done anyhow, and i refuse, that i want it to be done only if it can be done without an account, else its fine, i dont wanna register a company. Then she tells me she needs to confirm with their seniors, so i said ok. Now a whole big ordeal of ignorance and false promises start. All this time my registration process has not even started. The basic initial form filling also has not been done. I didn't sign any documents declartion or affidavit or any damn thing regarding it. After a lot of ignorance and avoidance and false promises, i requested relationship manager ms. Santosh to refund the money as she had not provided me the right information regarding proper documents required, if she had told me in advance regarding bank account, i wouldnt have paid the amount to avail their services. She was kind of persuading me to continue the registration. After a lot of discussion she agreed to refund but after deducting 20% cancellation amount + earned fee + government fee from the amount i paid. I want to know why the hell they deduct my amount without even the smallest form also being filled up or any legal proceedings. I want my full refund.

I even wrote twice to their higher authorities, via email, the whole thing that happened but all of the people there are so careless, that they didnt even care to reply me once.

Please help me to get my full refund

Their executives are totally non professional and waste bunch of people.
They ear while talking to the client, because of this you won't hear half of the things said.
Secondly they will yell, shout, abuse the client and disconnect the line while your talking.

All this you get for hiring the highest paid company for these types of services.

Please choose other better companies while looking for a business consultancy.

This was the worst mistake i may have committed to initiate my business coping with asian nation filing. They need stupid and amateur workers world health organization create all quite idiotic mistakes to elongate your incorporation time. I'd ne'er advocate individuals to create company or do any legal work with them. It's higher to pay very little further to native ca.

Choutyas are working in indiafillings. People are playing with customers. One as sole will receive the call and without speaking any word they will disconnect the call.
