While doing recharge of 349 via jio online site I used UPI as payment mode so it routed me to the googlepay and got request of 349 from [protected]@icici.
The payment was successfully done to [protected]@icici request for 349 but jio recharge was not done. I have checked with jio customer care service and found that no recharge request received on their side for my number [protected].

In the conclusion Jio recharge was not done for 349 via Google pay but money got debited from my account and credited to [protected]@icici.

Kindly help me to refund my money(349rs)

I had initiated a jio recharge of rs.399 on 26/12/2018 by using a rs.50 voucher on my jio app. So the total amounted to rs. 399- rs.50 = rs.349. I choose to pay through upi. Thereafter i recieved a request on phone pe from india ideas and rs. 349 was deducted.. But the recharge was unsucessful. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Thank you.

I made a recharge of 399 through my jio app on 25th december at 9-10:00 pm, i used bhim upi as a payment option. My account was later debited of rs. 399 but in return i did not receive any or get any recharge. The payment was made to [protected]@icici vpn.
I request you to lodge my complaint and get me a refund of the same.

Following amounts are debited from my account instead of refund Rs 19, 947.06 Rs 19, 947.06 and Rs 28, 994.06.
Customer care of indiaideas call me to refund my Rs2210 which was charged extra for my mseb bill. But while following his procedure my above amount was debited from my account. He was forwarding me the above amount request and told me it will refund. Lastly more transaction was not happening so he told me all amount will credit in 48 hrs. He was call from Noida your customer care. Upi ids photos are attached.
Please look in matter and refund my amount asap.

I am m. Vizealatchoumy having an account with state bank of india, pondicherry. Today i have received a message from the bank that mandate
Registration umrn sbin[protected] for rs.1000/- issued to indiaideas received. It is my pension account and i do not have any outside loans. I have not given any ecs authorisation to any firm. Kindly help me in getting this mandate cancelled.

I have made jio recharge of 349rs through paytm upi to [protected]@icici vpa on 24/4/2018 at 11.40a. M. The amount was deducted from my account and also paytm confirmed it through their customer care that amount is transferred to [protected]@icici. But recharge was not done. I have even communicated to jio customer care who said they havent received the amount fro their merchant indiaideas.

Jio UPI payment Successful but recharge not done
I have recharged 448 via my jio App. I have used UPI as payment mode. The payment was successful to [protected]@icici for 448 rupees but no recharge was not done. When I tried to call JIO customer care they are telling it has been declined, but my bank is saying that it has been successfully paid to the UPI address. What should i do?

Keeping a huge hope on this company knowingly or unkowingly i have done a recharge for jio but it is unsuccesfull
But it is hugely dissapointed that whether u people r fools are we people are fools

U idiots if i didnt get my refund of 409 within a day i will severly complaint to central government on this matter

I made a recharge to jio on 18 th october for rs 399)- through upi to [protected]@upi from my upi id. The amount is debited from my account. But the recharge is not made to my number. While i contact to jio customer care the transaction was failed. We are not received the amount you can made another recharge. So i need refund the amount. Transaction id[protected]

I have recharged for jio recharge rs.498/- on 16th october 14.15 hours through jio upi and i was prompted to open icici upi and amount was collected by [protected]@upi through icici bank. The transaction id[protected] till date jio account was not received the money and recharge has not been done but my bank account was debited
Kindly do the needful to recharge my jio phone or refund the amount.

I have made recharge mobile no. [protected] worth Rs 399 through my Jio app with upi on[protected], jio asked for upi address. I entered my upi address the give instructions to make payment through upi login. Bhim app also shows payment request notification of address [protected]@icici and I made payment and shows successful. Money has been debited from my account but no recharge done. Please either credit money to my account or do recharge

I have received an sms today morning from indian bank which reads as "confirm with home branch for issue of ecs debit mandate in your account xxxxx0663 fav: indiaideas for amount rs. 51878 before 15.06.2017 otherwise further ecs debit will be returned - indian bank"

However, i have not carried out any such transaction. This has to be investigated...

So please let me know what is the issue with this? There is no agreement/business with indiaideas but i am receiving this message from indian bank. I will inform...

Note:This is not without my information and I would like stop this.

3 Fraud payments are being made on my ICICI account directed through INDIAIDEAS gateway.

Complaint is been registered with ICICI Bank number[protected].. I am not aware how to resolve as both Bank & indiaideas are not able to track/resolve.

I have seen many of the complaints similar to this in this forum, not sure how they have resolved.
