I have purchased a plan from indian medicare in july 2017. I have not got any service from them except welcome kit. This company is totally fraud. They have also left from the address d-35, sec 2, noida. I called them so many times, but no one picked the phone. They had sent the detailsof the plan from their official email id but i have not got any service from them yet....

Yes, they are fraud... Because i am also facing same issues.in the staring they had updated wrong plan after refused to give refund. When i forced them to fulfill their commitment so they committed but not refunding the money.

They don't pick the call. I try 50 times daily but never pick the call. When i don't stop so they switch off the phone. They don't response on e-mails. Its around 4 month i am following for money but...

My self, shashi kumar from south delhi, i've purchased a medical claim policy from indian medicare company, wherein they have promised me that, i can claim on doctor consultation free, radiology, pharmacy bill with full refund on call, but when they send an email confirmation that had completely different information, then i called them many time but they did not respond properly and every time they gave different-different...
