The Indu Projects is developing a gated community in the name of "Indu Aranya" in Nagole near Uppal Hyderabad. They are charging service tax for the whole apartment cost. But as per GO " Cir No D.O.F.No.334/03/2010-TRU dt 1.1.2010" , NO SERVICE TAX IS PAYABLE FOR PAYMENTS MADE ON OF BEFORE 30 JUNE 2010.
Apart from that they are demanding VAT, Which is not applicable for construction.
