Fraud transactions on card not done my me.
Bank is simply sending repeated messages that it is done by Customer using OTP.
I have told them this is INCORRECT.
No OTP was ever received for these transactions.
The merchant is RETAIL DOMESTIC PT MUM seems some scam with INDUSIND hand in glove.

All declarations, forms have been given to bank who is lethargic and wants to dismiss the matter....

I am a IndusInd Platinum Aura creditcard holder. They charged me more than Rs.1000 as a joining fee, by promising they will return in 3 months. I never recieved my Rs 1000 bucks back and also sooo many hidden charges which they don't inform you at all.
