I'm searching a job on apna app, here I got a job details about doe they said first time 1800 pay. I was paid. But after that payment they switched off their phone and not replied of my call.

I'm varsha Joshi I'm Complaning about fraud consultancy And they take 2000 rs from me And told me I'm giving you a Job firstly they take 1000 rs for registration charges And another 1000 rs for training purpose And they told me that you got selected And we give 1000 rs refund from your first salary And after that they don't pick up my phone calls And avoiding me And I think they block my number....

First coming out with the following terms:-
Online Data Entry Work We want data entry Oprator (Freelancer) Who know English Basic Level. for our project. This is a typing project and requires 2-3 hours of work per day. We receive these projects from our clients in India, Canada and UK. Typing Works With 90% accuracy.listen 1 thing we dont know any font size or name which is in PDF so you need to study on it.we want same to same content from PDF into MS word. You need to save File name of word with name of Example - pragya01.docx, pragya02.docx, etc 1 PDF page = 1 Word file Total Number Of Pages- 5000 Rate Per Page- 5.00 USD Deadline- Here You don't have to worry about deadline as It's a Long Term Project we need 25 Pages on every 4-5 Days. Payment Cycle- We will Pay You On Every 25 Page. If you have GST NO - so We go through freelancer If you not Have GST NO - so We go Directly Before we start I must clear you one thing that we go through (freelancer) IP agreement which cost one 1578 INR you need to pay this amount to us don't worry it's totally refundable after 10 pages submission Note -: Without ip agreement fees we cant proceed so if you agree type yes otherwise no need to send message.

Post payment of Rs.1578/- asking for Rs.4990 in the name of Process. Asked the money back refusing to refund it!!

Thori der bad ek agreement paper ki scan copy mili mail ke through usme likha tha agar ap agreement ke bad ya bich me kam 6orte h ya ap 100se jyada galat form ko fill krte h to apse 5000 rupey apse liye jayenge. Or agar mai paise nai dungi to wo legal notice bhjnge or jurmane ke rup me 50000 charge krnge. Maine 20 days ke under work ko complete kiya kuch din ke bad jb chk kiya to mera qc report fail btaya. Ab wo 7000 bhjne bol rahe hain nai to wo legal notice bhjnge. Please help me

I was searching for a part time home based job. Then i saw an advertisement in olx jobs. I was not in a condition to pay money for any kind of job. So the ad was for form filling work without investment at the beginning. But if i fail to complete the work within time slot or fill up the forms incorrectly (1500 forms within 20 days and out of 1500, 1400 forms need to be correct at any cost) then i have to pay rs. 5100/- to them as security amount on credit and if i don't pay it then legal action will be taken against me. One lady called me and asked for my aadhar card scanned copy. She instructed me in filliing the online agreement with out giving the all the necessary information. After that they have sent me an online agreement hard-copy to my home address and they forwarded soft copy of my login details to my mail. I was too happy as i found it genuine. I worked for few days and came to know this infinity solutions is fraud so i left doing the job. I called to helpline number and i told him that this is fraud company i will not work any more. But he said, this is very fair. You continue with the work.23 days later they sent me email regarding payment of rs. 5100. I have registered complaint against them on iii town police station, visakhapatnam on 19th september 2017. Fortunately, i did not pay any money to them and i have not signed any where other then accept online agreement. I am now filing complaint against them in consumer forum. I have attached my agreement and other details below. I got notice from lawyer. I also attached in this complaint.

This is devanshu. Sir 3 months ago i got the mail from infinity solutions that would you like to start a home based work of form filling online. Sir this was my biggest mistake i have ever had. I have accepted that and they told that i'll get 25 inr per form and total form to be filled were 1500. They told me that the security amount of 5000 inr will deducted from the payment i'll get in the last of month.

The work they provided me was just a horrible. Everything was just a mess. When i refused to work, they blamed me and asked that now the security amount of 6018 inr (Including taxes) has to be payed by me, but his was not told me earlier when they called me.

Now after 3 months a legal notice has been issued against me and they are saying to pay money in 7 days else a court notice will be issued and rs. 50000 will be taken from you on behalf of companies losses.

Sir its my kind request to you to please help me out weather i should pay them the money of rs.7018, as i don't want that a police case to be filled against me, as it will destroy my courier and my attention from studies.

I have attached the legal document of the advocate which i have got through mail. And also uploaded the kind of work these frauds are giving (Work was just a horrible)

First of all the company is fraud and now they are torturing me to pay the registration money at first they didn't told me about the registration money and now i have checked my worked 3 times and now they are saying my qc has failed and now they are sending me messages n telling that they will send me to the police station if i don't pay their money... I was too happy as i found it genuine. I worked for 20 days and checked each form twice which was very tidious. I failed to complete the work. Only 9 forms to be filled was left. After 9 days of ending of my work they sent me message like this:

Infinity solutions (Data entry) is a fraud company claiming consumers to pay a certain amount under null references. After reading the reviews about the company, i realized that it is a fake company and stopped working for them. Now their demanding a payment of rs.6018. A copy of their mail is attached below.
Dear sir/mam,

We are infinity solution's legal department. This mail is to inform you that you have worked on credit id which was released on date - 21/06/2017.

If you fail/ not submit/ cancel your work then according to the agreement you have to pay rs. 6018 as per gst bill in within 7 days.

If you don't pay the amount then the company is eligible to take legal actions against you.

One fine morning one lady called me and offer me this form filling job from infinitysol.in. I was searching for a part time home based job but not in a condition to pay money for any kind of job so i rejected the offer. But then that lady told me that registration is free and i need not to pay any money. She explained me that this form filling work is without any investment and i have to work within time slot. I have to fill 1500 forms within 20 days for which i will get rs.50/ form but out of 1500, 1400 forms need to be correct at any cost only then i will get the payment. So i agreed on this. Same lady called me next day and asked for my adhar card scanned copy and and she has sent me an online agreement which i need to reply immediately. I told her that let me go through the agreement and then only i will reply but she insisted the her office is closing so i should send it fast no need to read it as it is normal agreement and forced me again and again to just reply the email immediately. She send my login details. On her force i send reply immediately but after that when i read the agreement i found that if i fail to complete this job in 20 days then i have to pay rs. 5100/- to them as security amount on credit and if i do not pay it then legal action will be taken against me. Later they sent agreement hard copy to my home. After discovering this hitch of paying rs.5100 i was nervous but i started working on it seriously as i found it genuine. After filling some forms which was very tedious when i saw above complaints about this company and understand that this is fraud company i stopped working on this job. After completion of 20 days they sent me email regarding payment of rs. 5100 as i have fail to complete my job. They send me following email giving the details of their bank account and warn me that if i did not deposit / pay rs.5100 then they will take legal action against me.

Till that time they solved all my queries nicely. After 3 days of submitting my work they sent me email regarding payment of rs. 5100 as my qc report was failed according to them. They shown my mistakes in around 190 forms (Max 100 were allowed). I called them for my qc report first but the person on helpline no. Denied saying they dont give such report to anyone. So i told him even if there are no mistakes in many of my forms you people are showing fake mistakes and not paying for my work. My forms are compromised as i used the same username and password given to me by them. Same mistake is repeating again and again in many forms which is not quite possible. Still he kept on saying that the mistakes are genuine according to him. Fortunately, i did not pay any money to them. I

This email is sent from gmail account and not from infinity domain.

Fortunately / unfortunately I have not paid any amount to infinity. Today they called me and send message on my cell and threaten me that if i did not pay money by tomorrow 12 pm company will file a case against me under the section 73, 74 of IPC else i can close the file by paying Rs.6100. Another Rs.1000 is added for what i don't know.

I am unable to understand what to do now. I request consumer forum to guide me on this. Also please advise me if anybody has gone through this stage and what should i do now.

The authorised service centre of Micromax Mobiles in pune named Infinity Solutions ,Shop no 7, Shree Saishwar Appt, 580 Narayan Peth near Rambaug Chowk behind N Mart Pune 30 are selling the parts of micromax mobile at very high rates and pricing different rates of the same mobile parts to customers. They sold the battery of Q 35 in front of me to a customer at the price of Rs 450/- and priced me the same battery for Rs 600/-. i asked how they are charging me more for the same part . they said the prices go up and down . so i asked them how could the price be changed in two minutes and wheni demanded for the bill he refused to give me the bill saying that bill is only compulsary who are having the business turnover over Rs 5,00,000 and we dont have that much business so we dont give bill and he gave me a a a paper and wrote with his hans and stamped it. Legal action must be taken against this service centre.

I have submitted my micromax Q5 handset as I was facing charging problem at Infinity Solutions which is the authorized service center.
The person who is working there named Ravi is very arrogant and is always busy talking on phone he don't even bother to listen to the customer complaints. The mobile no which they have provided me is fake all the calls to this no are been diverted.
I request the Micromax Company to look into this otherwise such service would really hamper their sales.
