On 5th of may 2022 I had attended an interview at Infoline global bpo pvt ltd, MG road, Bengaluru office...I was selected and they asked me to pay Rs.5900 for software purchase. I made the payment same day and they asked me to wait for the further process. Later on I came to know through the website that this is a fraud company and saw so many complaints with same issue...so the very same day I denied for further process and refund my amount...on 6th of may, 2022 I visited their office to discuss the same but they clearly said we can't refund the amount. Later on someone name Jay the so called manager called and spoke and he assured that just sent a mail on this email id ([protected]@gmail.com) and your amount will be refunded within 14-15 working days. I waited for the stipulated time but there was no refund. Later on I contacted Jay regarding the same he started to insist to come to office once... I didn't feel comfortable to go there...God knows what these ppl will do. Hence I denied and asked him to initiate refund...he started to stall and after some time stopped replying and blocked me. I have attached the image of receipt for reference.

Earlier also I have submitted this complaint but there was no resolution.

Please resolve my issue.

I got a message on WhatsApp saying you have been selected for this job and they called me for an interview where they explained me what to do saying there will be 1000 forms for 10 days and they will pay 10000 after completing my tasks this will repeat 3 times a month total payment will be 30000 per month after agreeing to that interviewer asked me to pay 3500 for software and security deposit which was suspicious but she convinced me and my friend to pay then they asked me to send documents to a phone number but they are not responding at all.

They called for interview and they didn't ask any questions they only asked what is your computer typing speed and they selected.. They told if i want to join to job I should pay 2360 then they told it will refund to u later in the first salary.. Then i paid my amt on[protected] and later i went on 2-6-2022 for submitting my documents they told u should pay for training rs.2000 they told that i don't have computer knowledge and we have to train u only one day which cost 2000 i'm computer student I have and knowledge they didn't enquiry anything as they like they talk to us then i felt it's something cheating and fraud i didn't pay my training amt then literally they were calling for when u will pay your training amount i didn't pay only and they told if anything do only online payments no offline payment and ur not necessary to come to office until they call me.. Before interview they called i asked them it's near by my place they told yes.. When i went to interview they told near by ur place.. Then didn't give job only and no call and they r telling far place for job which is not near by my place i told to return my money they didn't return it.. I hope it's and fraud work cheating others money...so please take serious action it's and humble request to the hight authority

I have received phone call regarding work from home job From Jio process Rolls available Like BPO Voice Process, Data Entry, Back Office Like Those. After that I Went to the Office dated 23-May-2022

I have completed Interview After that Interview taken person ask me for payment 5, 900/- for Registration & Processing Fees I ask with her you can deduct from my salary, But She said to me its not possible because our company policy, and she forced me with some mind wash words finally I have paid Rs.5, 000/- Initially dated 23-May-2022 Gpay No. [protected] and same She said to me remaining Rs.900/- will pay later no issue. and then she gave one bill copy to me. I ask with her when can start my work, She said to me You can Start Your work once agreement is done and we will connect with you then install our software in your laptop or PC through Anydesk way and we will give you Demo for work like that she was said to me.

After one day 25-May-2022, I try to call them (Infoline BPO Team) not pick my call and no reply for my SMS & Whatsapp for my agreement mail & software installation further processing. Then I went To Office Directly That team was said sorry some technical issue we will connect Anydesk & Install the software & Demo process will complete by today evening. Here some busy thats why unable to respond to you like that Infoline BPO team person said to me.

25-May-2022 Same I Did not receive any call or message from them then I try to connect with that Infoline BPO team after evening, then That Person Nadar Mani Rabin Connect with me through Anydesk, His Anydesk User ID. joshy[protected].

But nothing to happened, Yes software installation was failure. then he said to me please take with your laptop to service shop for this issue resolving and its not for our issue. Then I went to the service centre also but my problem was not resolve.

26-May-2022 Then I Connect that Infoline BPO person Nadar Mani Rabin for my problem was not resolve so please refund my paid amount Rs.5, 000/- then He said to me you can mail to us for your problem it will be take 24-48 Hours for mail reply & your Refund.

Same Day 26-May-2022 I Have Mail to them Infoline BPO team, but till today 28-May-2022 I did not receive any reply mail & message atleast phone call they said to me you will get reply & Refund 24-48 Hours But now 72 Hours Gone but nothing to happened.

So I wish to Say public peoples Be aware from like this type of scammers because we are earning money hard but waste to like this type of scammers.

Finally I hope with Indain & Tamil Nadu Government will take necessary action to this type of scammers as soon, because till date is going that (Infoline BPO pvt Ltd) doing their smart way interview process and they have doing scammes & money from candidates, So, please save the public from thus type of scammers.

Iam adviced by my doctor to not to travel so that i used to quit my job and i used to search for online jobs in that time only I got a message through whatsApp by the HR Megha, she texted me about the job details everything and I asked about the company official website but she didn't give that and told that only after interview we will provide the details about company then she booked appointment for me for interview and in interview they told to pay 5000 for software and 900 for gst and they said that with in 24 to 48hrs I will receive mail for job offer the salary will 18000+ 500 they said that 5000 was security deposit and they will add it in salary every month And they said with in 4 to 5 working days I will get a software installation from company and training after that very poor response from them I used to call and text them very very poor response given I sent my husband to that office also as am unable to travel. The only person I know in this company is Robin he didn't respond properly and i asked him for alternative contact but also he didn't give. I have to contact only him regarding this job no other option for me.
During interview only I used to know about the companies name and after completion of interview I used to see the reviews and I saw many complaints I used to contact the HR she didn't respond to that and I asked about this to Robin also he told that are their problems not company side and then I believed them.

There is no proper guidance about the work if there is doubt also we have to wait for more than a hour and hour response will be too late and poor response.

So then I thought to quit the job and I sent my husband to the office about this they told to send a mail with medical certificate and then you will get refund amount but for mail also no response the only major problem am facing is NO PROPER RESPONSE. Then after mailed also I called Robin regarding this he didn't pick up and not called back and i texted him for that also no response.
My money and time is wasted a lot by roaming to that office. I need my money back immediately since I waited for so many days still now no response so I need immediate response.

I don't know what to do and whom to contact for the solution that's why I have raised my complaint here.

My kind request please don't play or cheat like this to anyone.
And those others who reading this complaint please be aware of these kinds of jobs think twice or thrice before paying your money and discuss with other experienced people.
Kindly do the needful for me and refund my money.

I got a call from hr she said that i was selected for a work from home job.i was overwhelmed and she called me for an interview on 12/2/2022 at MG Road Bangalore-560025.i passed the interview and she asked me to pay rupees 5, 000.i asked why i have to pay money, but somehow she convinced me that i will be paid 30, 000 per month by just filling the forms.i paid her money through online mode(GOOGLE PAY). then she gave me the manager number([protected])she told that i have to send my details(Adhaar card, Pan card, Bank details, Educational certificate and Email i'd)i sent all the details to the number given then i got an agreement regarding my job, thought that the job was genuine.i was asked to download ANYDESK software.they started installing the software but it did not install and i said its fine return my money back but they denied and i did not get my money back.i want consumer court to get my money back and stop such scam companies

This company forced me to remove the complaint. This is hole a scam and now they told they would refund the amount but still they are not picking the call.now i am gonna take my father earned money through Government.please Indian government, help me and other people who have got scammed from this company
