I am rajesh kumar i applied for this captcha work in quickr and i got a whatsapp message from infonex company they asked to download mac2cap 'app' about a part-time job which involved entering 10000 captchas within 10 days in which 90% has to be correct. When i accepted the job, they had sent me two links, one of which opened to an app and they called me and asked to upload my photo and signature, aadhar card. Within a few minutes, i got a mail from them saying that you signed an agreement (Which i'm unaware of) that you are liable to pay 9400 if you donot complete the work to timely. Without my permission, they have filed an agreement call not answering after agreement. Very irresponsible person not answer my phone after agrerment they shall not help me for working didnt count my captchas after 160 entries it will be zero count. I asked them for clarification but they didn't. If i quit in middle wanted to pay 9400. Please take quick action against them and resolve this issue quickly.
After completion of my deadline advocate mr abhijit kulkarni mail me and written to pay the amount 12850/. And telling me about case filling against of me.

Sir i was join to work captcha filling, they offer me 10000 captcha they give 22500. I agree, but now workspace not open still, i felt this is fake and i told them to cancel my aggrement, they took my aadhar card, photo sign, mails phone nos. Now i don't want to work but they are blackmail me to pay 9400, otherwise they keep case file on me.. Pls sir help me to solve this.. How i can escape from this issue, they are making bond non judicial without my knowledge.. Keeping pressure on me... Pls help me.

They have messaged me on whatsapp that there is a no investment job so i agreed to do and after taking my aadhar card and photo they have given me my login id and password and now when i am going to start the job it telling that your 1st session will start at 6 pm and now it's 7:45 pm so i have googled this problem and there i found that many people have complained about fraud by this infonex company. Sir, please help me i am in trouble now

Infonex is a cheating company, he is provided so many violence, the company first not contact directly, a middle man with. The company. So infonex company can cheet very easily, first he said home based captcha typing then he tell make u a payment you above 30000 and, registation fees 9400 and you pay 20600

And i interested to work iam submitted my adhar photo & sign all they want suddenly i realised that iam trapped under the company iam weried about it.in physically mentally iam stressed because with out payment he will action against me
And 1 contact me a girl, his name khushi mishra and calling them he doesn't answer me the number not ringing so i deserved quit the company
When i messaged the mail he tell me first you the money

Actually iam tension, because when we. Complete the work then ok..in my salary will cut the amount. Now with out work or not you have to pay the money

Without my permission, they have filed an agreement call not answering... After some time when they send me agreement i will say him to close this agreement so they say you have to pay 9400 for cancelation they clear send do not see agreement otherwise we will take action. Pls close this agreement... Please take quick action against them and resolve this issue quickly

Iam a poor man and i have no job, so iget one message in WhatsApp, that do you wants Home based jobs. Then he tells me mail to the captcha adress .ok suddenly he asked to pay money iam very very sadness, iam not work with them why he i want to money i mentally disturbed physical body BP becomes low. I got call from gujarat for captcha writing job from infonex company.
They asked for my id proof, photo and signature which i gave them with trust i thought they will use it for work after that they said you are registered now you can not quit. They send me links in my mail to install the app and terms and conditions in which they mentioned that i have to complete 10000 captcha in 10 days with 90% accuracy otherwise i have to pay penalty of rs 9400.
I started my work but when i typed 160 captcha it starts count from 0 i thought it was an error but it happened again and again. I called them but they said do your work we will inform you how many captcha you have done but it was fraud. So i stopped working.
After completion of 10 days i got a mail in which they said you are failed to complete your work and you have to pay penalty of rs 9400. Their advocate called me for this and after that they send me the legal notice for penalty. The company herrasing me to pay money otherwise they will file case against me. Please help me

My name is narayan
I got a whatsapp from viditha that she will offer me a online job of filling captcha, for which i will get 30000. She told me that i have to complete 10000captchas in 10days.
She took my driving liscense and sign digitally and give me login id and password.
But i got an agreement, whose terms i have not read. (Screenshot on photos below)
I worked for 1 day and filled 1300 captchas in a day but their report shows that i only filled 414 captchas.

When i call their helpline number they are asking for proof and told me to do work.
When i was talking, someone was laughing near them.

She demand 9400 for cancellation which i refused so she starts threatening me with a case.

I then search on google and found that it was a fraud going on.

I am deleting those apps now.
I request consumer forum excecutives to please look into the matter. I cant pay that much money to them.

I have received a legal agreement from the company infonex - gujarat for captcha work and later on login id details.in next further few days i have contacted one of their staff named priyanka and informed that i cannot join work. And today on 11th january 2020 i have recievd a call from their legal advocate that case has filled against me for non - completion of work.
I have contacted them and informed the legal agreement is baseless as the major facts are as follows:

1. Legal agreement has been dated 19/09/2019 but i have contacted you for the work in the month of december 2019 then how can the legal agreement be dated 19/09/2019.

2. My signature does not match with the signature on the legal agreement. The signature which you have managed by frogery by signing on my behalf is illegal under section 465 of indian penal code.

On basis of fact i. E. Date is wrong and signature is forged
Which means the legal agreement is illegal and baseless

It would be helpful to take action immediately.
Please contact at the earliest.

I asked them for clarification but they didn't. I said them that on the next day of agreement cancel my id iam not able to do the work because im facing some personal situations they said for that you have signed an agreement that you are liable to pay 10200 including penality.
After completion of my deadline advocate called me and saying to pay the amount 18000 and telling me about case filling against of me. If i have failed to pay that amount in 45min in five days i have to pay 2lakhs inclusive all taxes and penality and charges. Sir im facing mental situation please help me out.

The company blackmailed me, if I won't pay the money, they will file the case against me. I am a middle class girl. I don't have that much amount in my hand. So, I borrowed money from my friends. This is hephzibha. Yesterday 08.01.2020 i have registered for this part time job. They said it is free. Have to type 10000 captchas for 10 days. Salary will be 30k. But it is not reflecting in details. And the helpline number shows in truecaller as fraudulent. Yesterday i have submitted my voter id card. Please help me to solve this problem. They will call and ask for the money to pay for infonex as penalty. But they said it is free.

I got a call from unknow person and he said that u r selected for captha typing work from home, salary is 30000 for 10, 000 captchas and they asked for my adharcard, sighn and i gave them... They send me apk link and open and register in that so i login in to that... They said to complete the work in 10 days

My name is kavipurapu hema satya pavan and i am from vijayawada, andhra pradesh. I enquired for a work from home through quikr jobs. So a person contacted me and told me about the online captcha work which belongs to infonex company, gujarat where i have to complete 10000 captcha and they will pay me 30000rs. And only 1000 captcha mistakes were allowed. They sent me an agreement and digitally i signed the agreement and he took my aadhaar card and pan card details and they asked me to install mac2cap app to do the work on 10th december 2019. While doing the captcha i found that i have done 450 captchas and it is showing that i have done only 200 captchas, that too i have 100 mistakes, so i called them to the help line numer which they have given to call for any quires regarding work, but when i called none of them lift the call also found that in that captcha there is no difference between i and i. So i stopped doing the work on 12th december 2019.
On 6th jan 2020, i got many threatening calls from ashok desai who said he is a advocate associate he has done several whatsapp messages and threatend me to pay money in sums of 9, 400rs, 4, 500rs, 14, 762rs, 24, 254rs as i have not completed the work and saying that a legal case was issued against me and threatened to spoil my career. They have said that they will issue an nocif i paid the demanded amount and will close the case. Threatend to their words i have paid the demanded amount of 52, 916rs on 6th jan 2020 and they have issued me an noc for the paid amount via mail on 7th jan 2020. But after an hour of the issue of noc on 7th jan 2020 they started me calling again and again and threatening me to pay 41, 000rs towards some character certificate, otherwise they are threatening to reopen the closed case and spoil my further career. So searching for their company i came to know that the company is a fraud and has many complaints regarding the same issue in the indian customers consumer forum. So i request you to please take necessary, immediate and serious action against those people who harrassed me alot and please see that they never call, sms, whatsapp and mail me in future and if possible please help me to return back my valuble amount of 52, 916rs from them.

Hi sir on DEC 23rd i received a call from INFONEX agent contact num: [protected] he spoken with me about 10, 000 captcha have to enter within 10 days and they pay me 29, 000 rs out of 30, 000 rs remain for server charges and he said, On any time if i can't complete the work with in time by saying to him he will cancel the work then no need to pay penalty charges 9, 400 rs. so i agreed & taken the work as he said i will get verification call just say OK to every question ofter that if i have any doughts on work he said he will clarify. so verification call completed and i received the work within 30minr with out my knowledge i received a mail as AGREEMENT. In that document if i can't able to complete the work within 10 days or invalid 1000 captcha entered i have to pay 9, 400 rs. instantly i called to agent to cancel my work he said OK and he will update the status within 2 hrs. Ofter that he not lifting the call and not responding to whatsapp messages even he seen them and ofter 3 days i started receiving mail as my quality not reached 90%. im jobless i cant pay that amount plz help me and i have the agent voice recordings also as proof.received mail from [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com. I took the job, but after 10 days they say you are not able to complete this job so you need to give penalty.
