I bought "IDFC 9% CUMM SR 2 BD 30DC21" on 30/12/2011, it's should mature by 30/12/2021, but so far i didn't received amount in my account or any communication from IDFC or kfintech, so far i wrote mails and provide details about my purchase of BOND, but they are answering me they don't have any details. My humble request please help small investor like us.

I, Emili Sarkar, W/o Partha Pratim Sarkar, residing at 20/3 Balaka, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Post Joka, Kolkata 700104, West Bengal purchased BOND of Rs.15000 on 25.02.012(application no. 46986440 vide cheque no.49443 dated 29.01.201, SBI, IFSC code SBIN0001768)
But till date no BOND received.
Whereas my husband purchased BOND of Rs.20000 (application no.[protected] which was duly received.
Kindly arrange to send me the said BOND in the registered address as above (also same as made in the application) or send the maturity amount on the scheduled date (21.03.2022) in the same bank account from where it was purchased.

I had applied for 4 Number of Long Term Infrastructure Bonds of face value of Rs.5000/- each in Tranche 1, issued by IDFC Limited, bearing RL No.243190-B and Ref No.460750 bearing Applicatin No.52487062. This Bond has been applied and allotted to me under DMAT form in Beneficiary Account No.IN[protected] and this can be evident from the Allotment Advice dated 12th November 2010. The said bonds had been applied under "Cumulative" option under Series No.4 with date of maturity on 12.11.2020. The amount that is payable on the maturity of the said bonds is Rs.10310/- per Bond. I am attaching the scanned copy of the said Allotment Advice in evidence of all the above.

However, when I contacted M/s.Karvy and enquired about the redemption process, I was shocked to hear from them that they are unable to find any of these details in my DMAT Account and expressed helplessness and wanted me to send a mail with scanned copy of the Allotment Advice to "einward.[protected]@kfintech.com". I have requested them to clarify and revert back to me with all the details about the maturity and redemption process. Notwithstanding the above since the said bond issued by IDFC Limited, and allotted made by them under DMAT form to my account, I look forward IDFC Limited to involve and take up this matter seriously to follow the necessary process to credit the maturity amount to my DMAT Account. I also want you to play an active role to avoid any confusion as I am totally clueless about the fate of these bonds and the amount that is due to me. I hope good sense would prevail from your side to expedite the process, so as to credit the maturity amount to my DMAT Account on due due.

1. Application no 8881232 dtd[protected] for 20000/- purchased through axis bank cheque no 139576. Neither the bond certificates ever recieved, nor any feedback on the payble amount

2. Application no 21384782 dtd[protected] for 20000/- purchased through axis bank cheque no 403444. Neither the bond certificates ever recieved, nor any feedback on the payble amount

Im am the holder of four bond of above company having folio no. idbo356928 these bonds have been matured on 22/02/2016 and the bond certificate in original duly discharged by me has been sent to the registered office at chennai by registed a. d. post on 07/03/2015 but the maturity proceeds has not been received so far. please look into the matter and arrange to issue the cheque for matuirty proceeds.

I have purchased 04 (Four) nos. IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bond – Tranche 2, Series-2 in February 2011., which are already matured on 21.02.2016 and buyback date was 22.02.2016 but I could not recd. the matured amount against this bond even I have not recd. any communication regarding the buyback of these bonds.
Actually I need the money very badly. You are request to suggest me how to get the amount within the short period against this bond.

I the undersigned applied for IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bonds on 16.12.2011 for Rs.20,000/-. The application Form No. is 18788243 and the Cheque No.012022 of Axis Bank. However, till date I have not received the bonds in physical form. It is learned that the bonds were dispatched by you but due to the unknown reasons the bonds return back undelivered. I have persuaded many times to you as well as Karvy also but in vain.
It is therefore requested to arrange to dispatch the bonds at the below mentioned address at the earliest please.
