Hello,

I had given an advance of Rs. 300000 /- on 28 Feb 2022 to the husband & wife duo of Ms. Neelima Maheshwari & Mr Anurag (operating a business in iron works under the name of Insolution working out of A-280, Okhla Ind. Ph-1, New Delhi) for Front Elevation work of our house.

She has taken contract for the work to cover in 6 months but after 7 months of procrastination and duplicity, Ms. Maheshwari stopped taking my calls and is yet to either make delivery of the promised goods or return the advance amount taken from me. I have tried to visit her at given address but no person or business by either name exits at the premises.

I would appreciate if anyone can be of any assistance.

I am an architect by profession and I had picked up a job in South Delhi for which I hired this company named Insolution (GSTIN: 07AAJFI3082K1Z4) (D 84/2 OKHLA INDUSTRIAL AREA PH-1 NEW DELHI) for the elevation work. I agreed to there quotation and paid them 25000/- rupees in advance via NEFT to get the work started.

Since then they have been giving me false hopes and harrassing me by not starting the work. As my client was in a mighty hurry I had to give up on these cheats and find another vendor to get the job done for which I paid exorbitant prices. When I completed the job of the client, I then started chasing after her for my money. For which she gave me false hopes and promises. I even sent my supervisor to the factory. But all in vain.

I referred her to my friends as well for there projects where she did the same.
