I have purchase mobile on 28/09/2022 via order number OD[protected] from flipkart, who alloted delivery to Instakart as delivrty partner. Product reached to Instakart delivery hub in my city on 01/10/2022. However Product is still not delivered to me even on 07/10/2022. No reason received from delivery partner nor flipkart for non delivery of product.
Delivery tracking order number is FMPP[protected].

Problem no 1) mera apki company ne 15 days ki salary rok rakhi hai jo ki ek dum glat bat hai mene company ko apna 15 days noticed priod de diya tha ki main 15 din bad kam nahi karunga tab bhi company ne mere paise 15 din ke rook liye hai please ishe refund Kiya jaye any queries contact number is [protected]

I have registered our establishment under profession tax with erode municipal corporation and obtained assessment number 056/035/00266 on 4th august 2021 and that it self i have paid rs.1250/- for company and rs.1250/- for an employee ( total rs.2500/- ) on that day itself from my sbi bank, karpagam garden branch, adyar, chennai ( transaction details: transfer to[protected] to transfer inb billjunction dotcom tech_biljun payments [protected]igalrdogee7. Whereas i have not got a receipt from the portal, it is only my dues colum to pay. Please look into this problem and allow us to generate receipt for necessary compliance

They not giving my parcel even after visiting 4 times with their instructions, again they are saying to visit & collect tomorrow. Actual date of delivery is 28/12/19 & they recieved early morning 6 am i waited for two days & went today, then to they did not gave my product.

Please take necessary action if you can, others should not rome like me by their false promises

This is to inform you that i have received one courrier by your company dated[protected].
At that time i have make payment by card but yours courrier boy said to me card payment not recieved and you paid cash of rupees 1025 and yours card money refund in 24 hours. So i have make payment both cash or card. But after 24 hours payment not back in my account. After one month my credit card show this payment then i am going to yours instacrt office in yamuna nagar. Yours one staff boy check the payment in system he said that yours payment refund by me but give few days times i have checked and call the our seniors of this matters. I am goining to many times of yours office but he said give me for few days times for checked. Last week he said yours payment not refund by the company. If you not given my payment so you said at that time or my 5-6 months times waste. So at lastly my payment 1025/- if you not refund it so i am going to consumer form is the last option. I am waiting for yours answer.

I bought a mobile phone in flipkart for exchange my old mobile. But at the time of exchange they were unwilling to take my mobile because of minor issues. My mobile is in good condition and working properly. Only small dents at the edges of mobile. After that i contacted fliprt customer care they apologized for this issue. They promised to deliver my mobile.in flipkart instructions about old mobile exchange there are no problems with my mobile. Only local e-cart service providers rejected my mobile. Their employees behaved very rudely. They rejected my mobile without any proper reasons
