I was unaware of this fraud online work provider. On registering for the job, they have asked for my ID proof and unfortunately I gave it to them. Also my registration confirmation calls were recorded by them. My job was form filling which had to be completed in 12 days, and I've worked for 6 days. Later I got to know about such online work providers from Naukri emails, that genuine work providers doesn't ask for worker's ID proof or money... now the lawyers namely "nayra khan" threatens me again and again to pay money or otherwise she will file a case in court under sec. 73, 74, 75 please help me to get away from this

Now they are asking for admin charges by showing the same ID proof and call recordings. They also threatens me by saying that they will show me on the court by charging FIR. They seems to be intended only for money.

It is fraudulent company which there were asking to pay money plz solve my problem

When i have been made aware by cybercell police station that all these are fraud and stop working them imeediately I mailed them that i cant work tgeir lawyer Veena Mende [protected] started calling and harrassing me about the money ....

I was approached by a company named INSTAWORX DATA SOLUTIONS for a work from home, data entry job. They put forth the proposal of a form filling job of 1200 to be filled within a span of 12 days. Also to maintain a form accuracy of 1025 if not maintained has to pay a fine of 3500 rs. As I researched about the company its seen that the company was renamed after infobring data solutions which was deemed and recognized as a fraudulent and scam company which once caught for its fraudulent actions and complaints filed by the public. Recognizing it as a fraudulent company by another victim he was asked to pay fine of rs. 25, 000 based on false allegation that he couldn't maintain form accuracy to 1025 even though he finished and submitted his work.
